We stayed at Olvion Luxury Living on August 6th. That same night around 2 AM the hotel caught fire and we were evacuated. The next day, when I went back to collect my belongings, there were two cleaners already in the room — and my brand new sandals, left in a bag on the shelf, were missing. The staff denied that there were any shoes at all. They asked me to provide the store invoice, which I did, but after three weeks of waiting I received an outrageous response: they claimed the invoice was “forged” and used this as an excuse to deny responsibility. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel that calls itself “luxury.” Instead of helping a guest after a stressful incident, they tried to shift blame and avoid accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Really friendly place to stay

Very comfortable apartment in a small complex on the outskirts of the town, but just 5-10 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in the town centre. Nice shared swimming pool and outdoor seating area. Clean and roomy apartment. Cleaned every day without any fuss.

Never had hot water in the mornings - luke warm at best. Would have liked a toaster. Private pool had been out of action and was almost empty and very dirty when we arrived, but had just filled up again (and been cleaned) prior to our departure.

A must place to visit

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was fantastic, and the staff offered a very personal touch—from the warm welcome to the attentive care throughout our visit. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The pool is heated, with relaxing music adding to the atmosphere, making it perfect for a leisurely swim. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Another great feature is the option to pre-order breakfast at a very reasonable price and have it delivered to your room at a specified time. Overall, I was extremely impressed and very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel—everything is modern, fresh, and beautifully maintained.

Wonderful Place

It's a wonderful place. It's within walking distance of the center and all the restaurants and beaches. Inside, there's a pool and bar. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's incredibly comfortable. If we come back, I'd love to stay here again.

Great hotel

The room was fabulous. Comfortable and clean. Beautifully decorated . The pool was heated and staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel was amazing- The only thing we did not like was the fact that the local beaches are taken over by Beach bars leaving very limited space for families to set up umbrellas and their staff are rude to the public trying to send people away. Like I said the hotel is fabulous but the current arrangement at the beach- also making parking a nightmare will put us off from returning.

It’s the best boutique hotel I’ve ever been. Everything is new, every detail of the design has been thought of. It’s obvious that it was created with a lot of love and inspiration. The owners and the staff are so friendly. The room, the pool area, the whole place is very clean. Very cosy hotel!

A very good place to spend a vacation.

The place is very nice, with excellent hosts. The rooms are clean, big and well equipped They have a small kitchenette with everything you need. The cleaning is done daily. The pool area is nice, perfect for families with children, clean. There is a bar where you can serve different beverages, at good prices. Also, they have a new, bigger bar under construction. You can find parking spaces easy, near the location or use the ones provided by them.

The pillows could be a little smaller, for sleeping on your belly. A bit far from center, 10-15 min walk, but in the heat of the summer seems a little far.

We love all, the location, the room (very modern design and equipped with everything thing you might need and of course comfortable). Above all is the stuff, specially the owner Chris and his assistant Dina who did anything in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We had great time in the hotel. Everything was perfect. It was very clean. The receptionists were so polite - they help us a lot about beach bars and good restaurants. In the hotel room also had information about places u must visit. The hotel is with super cozy atmosphere. Recommended if u want nice and chill vacation!

Relaxing, new and pretty

We loved our hosts and the room (I liked the bed upstairs and the shower a lot)! The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. They also gave us good advice for the rest of our trip; Parga was very nice!

The only tip we might have is to get some bigger pots/pans for the kitchen. We love to cook ourselves and this was a bit of a challenge with the current equipment.

Excellent!

Everything was of high standard, the accomodation, pool area, food. The breakfast served each day to our room was delicious. The staff is very warm, they will always greet you with a big smile and will make sure to address any requests. Location was really comfortable for us because it is close to the centrum of the city but it is really quiet. We put this location on our favorites list and will come back, as Halkidiki has many beautiful places to explore!

Greek hospitality at it’s best

Very nice designed and decorated Hotel on a quiet spot in busy Kallithea, situated between other accommodations and apartments. There are two pools, the beach is a short walk. Chrys and the team are top notch, respectful, friendly and very helpful! They are always there to help you. Relaxing atmosphere, and during the day it was quiet enough to enjoy the pools. Although the apartment was really nice, and our kids loved the pools, with young kids we think the superiour apartment is more suitable as it is on the ground floor.

It was hard to cool down the top level of the duplex apartment, i suggest to place the airconditioning higher, between both levels as the heat rises and stays at the topfloor. There is a fan upstairs above the bed, which is nice, but we think with a little adjustment of the airconditioning it will be fixed. We’ve seen this on another location.
