Mitende Apartments

We were a family of 4, booked a "Deluxe apartment". We liked the spatious living room and kitchen area -- a lot of space. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. Huge balcony, with dedicated space to dry the wet towels or clothes. Nice little garden Very spacious public parking, very close to the accomodation (1 min walking) Close to the restaurants area (5 min walking), but still in a quiet location (* comments on this in the other section)

1. The worst thing was the bathroom - very very small, you cannot really see this from the property pictures but it was like 3m2 with the wc next to the sink and shower area. No window, bad smell in the morning. The shower doesn't have a separator on the floor so it was a stress to make a shower while preventing the water to flow up to the door. The hot water in the bathroom is provided by a boiler -- you might not have hot water when you wanted, you had to press a button then wait for 20 minutes. So needer to "plan" the shower. We all hated the bathroom and it was such a pity to have a huge living room and a huge balcony but a poor bathroom. Our friends stayed in a 'superior' apartment which had at least a window in the bathroom. So 'superior' seems > 'deluxe' 2. The kitchen equipment: while we had everything necessary for breakfast in the room, the forks and knifes were very old. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and wasn't draining properly 3. No mosquito nests in our "deluxe" apartment. The 'superior' one had mosquito nests 4. The noise from other apartments -- we stayed here for 8 nights and in half of them someone in the building was listening to loud music on the balcony, or in the garden up to 12 pm. Maybe this is a general issue of the town and of Kassandra area, since there are many young people and fewer families, but I would have expected the host to make sure the quiet hours policy is being respected (for comparison, in all accommodations we stayed across Sithonia, all families were very quiet after 10 pm) 5. The air conditioner leaks directly on the balcony floor -- this was unpleasant 6.

Apartman je divno uređen i vrlo funkcionalan - iako nema puno prostora, svaki kutak je dobro iskorišćen. Posebno su nam se svidele 2 terase koje su gotovo uvek zaštićene od sunca, pa smo tu jeli (posebno je prijatno na manjoj koja gleda na prelepo uređen vrt). Kreveti su izuzetno udobni i veliki (onaj za jednu osobu veći nego što izgleda na slikama). Sve je vrlo čisto (detaljno čišćenje, menjanje posteljine i nove zalihe toalet papira, sapuna, gela za tuširanje itd. svaka 3 dana), a gazda je neverovatno ljubazan i predusretljiv - na raspolaganju je bio za sve što nam je bilo potrebno (davao nam preporuke, primao pakete koje smo čekali i sl.). Divan čovek!

Inače je vrlo mirno, ali je u nekom trenutku dopirala buka iz jednog apartmana - gazda je to odmah rešio.

μικρό μέγεθος δωματίου, καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Δεν υπάρχει άμεσα διαθέσιμο ζεστό νερό, πρέπει να ανεβάζεις τον διακόπτη για 20-30 λεπτά. Κλιματιστικό υπάρχει μόνο στο σαλόνι/κουζίνα και όχι στο κεντρικό δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο του μπάνιου είναι υπερβολικά μικρό με την ντουζιέρα να μην έχει πόρτα ή κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να βγαίνουν έξω. Η διάταξη της κουζίνας είναι με τέτοιο τρόπο, πρακτικά δεν μπορεί να χρηστιμοποιηθεί. Εκτός από τα βασικά (σκούπισμα, σφουγγάρισμα και αλλαγή λευκών ειδών) το δωμάτιο και ειδικά ο χώρος της κουζίνας δεν καθαρίζεται σχολαστικά.
