Clean apartment in a newly built building, with daily housekeeping, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. There’s plenty of free public parking right next to the building. It’s just a short drive to the center of Kalithea, where you’ll find shops and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The outdoor air conditioning units from other apartments were not properly secured, causing vibrations and a lot of noise, which was particularly disturbing in one of the bedrooms and affected the quality of our sleep. Air conditioning was available only in the living room and in one bedroom. In the other bedroom — the one where the noise could be heard — there was no air conditioning, it was very hot, and we couldn’t even open the door for ventilation because of the noise.
Additionally, the price per night felt a bit too high because of this.

Great location, near the center of Kalithea and amenities. Easy access to main auto routes, relatively close to the beach. Reception was friendly and helpful, there was no breakfast offered, but a selection of coffee was available in the morning. The wi-fi was pretty good/manageable; considering internet access is a huge problem in most locations in Halkidiki, Anastasia-Eleni gets full marks on this.
The side of the building/rooms that were facing the sun (for us it was the front door side) got extremely hot--pretty normal for Greece at this time of year, but there was no effort to reduce the impact of the sun. Some sort of tent or other shading on the side of the stairs/railings would make a huge difference.

The apartment was very very clean, the host was helpful and friendly and the apartment was really spacious. In the room they don’t have clothes iron, but when we asked they offered their iron facilities. They also have free parking. Loved it!

Really nice and spacious appartment. It is new, fresh and clean. The bathroom was great and so was the balcony
