Firstly I would like to thank Vangelis for his hospitality and his effort in helping with everything. We arrived at night time, so Vangelis kindly left water, beers and uzo for us. After the flight, that's the best combo :) Big big thank you for it! A few words from my side regarding the house and the location: Location: Apartments are located in very nice place. Which are pretty close to all the shops (Masoutis is just around the corner + there is a 24/7 shop around 500 m from the apartments), bars and taverns. Till the sea it's around 300m , however, if you are going by foot keep in mind that it's down the hill, so the trip back will be going up the hill. Which is, as I understand is a common thing in Kasandra. At night time I would say it's a bit noisy, since there is a road close to the apartments and some guys really like to check their engine sound or to start the repair jobs at 7/8:00 AM while discussing it loudly :) So my recommendation would be to keep the windows shut for the night :) Parking is right in from of the house which is very comfortable!

Apartments: Regarding the interior apartments seem to be slightly different than in the photo. I believe the photos were taken once the renovation was made. Since in real life everything looked a bit different and older. In some parts of the apartments it would be great to "refresh" it, especially in the bath room. Apartments were quite compact as for us, even though we were only 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids).We also had some issues with the Wifi, since it was not working, so Vangelis kindly brought 1 more wifi router, but honestly saying that didn't quite save the situation. So we gave up on trying and just bought more data on the mobile phone. However, still in some parts of the apartments it wasn't catching it. So if you also plan to work on your vacation, please consider it. To sum up everything I would say that in my opinion it would be great if the owners would make up to date photos of their place, since as I can see that's a common thing on booking when the picture is not quite matching with reality. In general we had a lovely time with the family, since for us the most important part was the sea close to us and traveling by car to the nearby villages. We rarely stayed at home. From my side I definitely recommend you to visit Afitas village and Pefkohori village if you will take a car!

Exceptional

We are a family with a 12-year child. We had a great holiday. The way the apartment is organized by separating the living room area on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs allowed us not to disturb each other in the morning. The two terraces are a great asset if you want to stay outside. It was essential for us to have some peace and quiet but to be also within walking distance from all shops and restaurants in Kalithea. The position allowed us also quick access to all the lovely beaches on the entire coast. The local brand of supermarket and the pharmacy are in the back of the house, and the Lidl store is also very close by car. Thank you for this great experience. We will come back gladly.
