It was very quiet. The host was kind and even pointed out good restaurants in the city.

The Wi-Fi signal was very low in the room. Everywhere else was good, except for in the room for some reason, but it wasn't a big deal. We were rarely in the room.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, available throughout the day. I liked the option that the room was ready at the estimated time of arrival. The rooms and toilet were clean, and the kitchen was functional. The room and the entire hotel was just as shown in the pictures on booking. I recommend this place to visit!

The host is so kind, you can ask him for whatever you need. Location is three minutes far away from the Kallithea Beach by car and you have free parking place. We had a great time there, all recomends! 😃

Nice apartment which could be improved

Good location, it takes only 5min by foot to reach the center of the city. The apartment is very calm and it is pleasant to stay on the balcony. Nikos, the host, is very nice. He stayed available if we had any question.

We booked an apartment with a kitchen in order to cook most of our meals. However, there was no cooking tools (stove, no forks nor knives). The only tool we found was a glass of water which was filthy. We told the reception about it who changed it.

Posti liberi per parcheggiare la macchina fuori dall'hotel (anche se su strada). Camera da letto molto grande. Personale molto disponibile ad aiutarti.

La stanza era parecchio buia. Dovrebbero completamente cambiare il tipo di luminosità perché così, almeno a noi dava fastidio. Le cose nella cucina (pentole e tazze) sono un pò vecchiotte...insomma non ti invitano a mangiarci dentro. Anche la piscina all'esterno era un pò sporchetta. Per il resto tutto ok.

Άλλη φωτογραφία στο e-booking άλλο ήταν το σπίτι, Μπαινοβγαίνουν μέσα στο σπίτι χωρίς να μας ενημερώσουν, Η πισίνα ήταν στα 300 μέτρα από το σπίτι(και το υδρομασάζ ήταν χαλασμένο) Δεχόμασταν παρατηρήσεις για φασαρία χωρίς να είναι ώρα κοινής ησυχίας, Κάκιστη συμπεριφορά (συγκεκριμένα μας είπαν αν δεν σας αρέσει σηκωθείτε και φύγετε ενώ εισέπραξαν όλο το ποσό της ενοικίασης), Υπήρχε Μόνο ένα air-condition στο σαλόνι, Οι ντουλάπες μύριζαν ναφθαλίνη και οι μαξιλαροθήκες είχαν πατημασιές, Δεν είχε πίεση το νερό, Δεν λειτουργούσε το WiFi, Οι καναπέδες στο σαλόνι ήταν για πέταμα, Δεν υπήρχαν τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για μαγείρεμα και το ψυγείο υπολειτουργούσε γιατί μάλλον είχαν να το κάνουν απόψυξη από τον καιρό του ΝΟΕ, Το barbecue δεν είχε σχάρα( μάλλον οι προηγούμενοι ψηνανε πάνω στα κάρβουνα),Τα τζάμια ήταν βρώμικα, αλλά παρόλα αυτά είχε τζάκι το οποίο θα είναι χρήσιμο για τον ΧΕΙΜΏΝΑ....!!!!

Ne bas lepa saradnja, pise da su deca dobrodosla i jesu ali cak i mala deca koja jos uvek spavaju sa roditeljem u jednom krevetu mora da se plati poseban i jos je data soba sa stepenicama u krug sa kojih dete moze da padne. Gittiğimiz andan itibaren Güleryüzle karşılandık. İsteklerimizin hepsini yerine getirdiler. Oda çok temizdi, bahçesi çok güzeldi denize,beachlere ve halk plajına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Öncelikle, otelin görsellerdeki resimlere hiç benzemiyordu. Odaya girdiğimizde olması gereken bir çok şey yoktu. Her taraf kirliydi. Mutfak malzemeleri yoktu. Bir kahve yapacak ısıtıcı bile bulamadık. Banyo küçüktü ve su sızdırıyordu. Yatak örtüleri çok kötü kokuyordu. Klima vardı ama çok gürültülüydü ve gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Çok kullanışsız bir yerdi. Bir gece ahırda kalmış gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Были неделю, очень приветливый и заботливый парень на ресепшене. Сделал бесплатное повышение категории, очень приятно. У нас было 3 больших балкона и мы там завтракали, приятно поют птички по утрам. Всегда помогал со всеми просьбами. Принес и отнес вещи при заезде и выезде. В номере все есть из кухонных принадлежностей. Номер большой, все есть: одеяла, полотенца и пр. Территория отеля очень красивая и уютная , есть бассейн, вода чистая, приятной прохладной температуры. Есть бар и кальян в отеле.

Стройка с 7 утра до обеда рядом с отелем.Но нам сказали июль-август она не будет работать, т.к. начнется высокий сезон. Не было уборки в номере. Вообще все отлично.

Nachts ruhig .Morgens sehr laut durch Bauarbeiten nebenan.Bereits vor 7:00 in der Früh. Familie nett. Zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung war feuchtkalt. Leider hat es öfters nach Abfluss in der Wohnung gerochen,das war nicht schön. Bad :Bitte den Duschkopf ,Wasserdruck und auch mal richtig warmes Wasser anbieten .Das sollte einem der Gast wert sein. Das Bad war nach jeder Dusche nass ,auch wenn ich noch so aufgepasst habe,bitte dann wenigstens einen Wischer hinstellen zum trocken machen. Bitte mehr Teller,Tassen ,Besteck u.s.w wenn schon eine kleine Küchenzeile angeboten wird um diese dann auch entspannt zu nutzen.
