Nikiti Spathies Resort - Double Bedroom Sofita

Зупинились в апартаментах на 6 ночей. Розташування для спокійного сімейного відпочинку. 3 пляжі зовсім поряд 2 -5 хв. пішки. Найближче знаходиться шикарна бухта зі спокійною бірюзовою водою і гарними складами ( фото нижче). Інші два пляжа пісчані. Один з них має 3 бара з музикою та лежаками і парасольками. Весь час відчувався аромат сосон і квітів -це було чудово... В номері було все необхідне для приготування їжі.В розпорядженні дві гарні тераси. Господарі живуть поряд, але ми відчували себе як вдома. Дуже приємний сюрприз нас чекав по приїзду: пляшка грецького вина, вода і фрукти. Це дуже мило. При від'їзді господар запропонував скористатися шлангом помити авто. При від'їзді ми отримали маленький грецький сувенір від господарів. Щиро дякуємо за комфортний відпочинок.

Було три маленькі мінуса, які кардинально не впливали на наш відпочинок. Будинок знаходиться біля шумної швидкісної траси, тому спали тільки із закритими вікнами. Найнеприємніше це неподалік від пляжу знаходиться невідома водойма із застійною водою, від чого були комарі і мухи. Але господарі подбали про москітні сітки і пристрої від комарів.

Location is perfet! On foot distance from 3 beautiful beaches, and very convenient to explore other parta od Sithonia. Accomodation is very nice, we took the app with 2 separate bedroms, they were ok for 4 of us (bed in living room is folding bed), with 2 terraces. There is a parking for all the guests. Garden is beautiful place to enjou your stay as well. We even prepare pizza in garden wood stove. Host are very pleasend and at the service even though their english is not so perfect we understood eacjoder very well! Recomended higly!

Emplacement calme, hors saison, ce qui nous arrangeait bien parce que nous avons télétravaillé. Plage où on peut se rendre à pied mais de nombreuses autres plages existent dans les environs à quelques minutes en voiture. Notre appartement, au premier étage, était réparti sur deux étages, en haut il y avait deux chambres à coucher. La cuisine est pourvue d'une seule plaque chauffante, il faut un peu s'organiser mais on s'y habitue. Pour faire les courses, il faut se rendre à Nikiti, à quelques minutes en voiture, on y trouve de nombreux magasins. Facile. Dans l'autre direction, Neos Marmaras permet aussi de trouver tout le nécessaire. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires.

L'eau du robinet à un goût salé mais il suffit d'acheter de l'eau en bouteilles. Les draps sont fournis régulièrement mais vous devez les remplacer vous mêmes. L'eau chaude est fournie par un chauffe-eau solaire et certains jours, en fin de saison, il n'y a pas assez de soleil. Vous comprenez ce que je veux dire...

This place truly feels like a small slice of paradise. You have access to three beaches—two of them practically in your backyard, and the beautiful Kalogria Beach just a 7-minute walk away. We enjoyed awesome sunsets on multiple nights. The garden, lovingly maintained by Katerina, is absolutely stunning. Filled with flowers, trees, and lush plants, it feels like you're walking through a botanical garden. There’s always a shady spot to relax, no matter the time of day. The yard is also very child-friendly, with slides, swings, and a monkey bar that our kid loved. The apartment is compact but comfortable—perfect for a family of three (2 adults and a child, in our case). Please note that the two rooms are not completely separated. One has a small uncovered window, and the wall of the second room doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. If you're looking for total privacy, this might be something to consider. For us, it wasn’t a problem. There are two terraces, one of which is very spacious and ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. We particularly enjoyed the cozy table nook in the corridor on the second floor, where we regularly had meals or simply relaxed and took in the view. One thing to be aware of: the internet coverage in the area is weak. If you’re planning to work remotely, you might need an additional internet source. The hosts—Katerina, George, and Joana—were incredibly warm and welcoming. A wonderful stay in a truly special place! We’re already planning to come back soon. About the area: The nearest bar is MOA Bar in Kalogria, just a 7-minute walk. The service can be a bit slow, but it’s a convenient option if you need a coffee in the morning or a pizza for a meal. Note that they open a little late, around 10 or 11 AM. The closest supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car in Nikiti.
