Apartman je mnogo lepši nego na fotografijama, dvostrano je orjentisan tako da je na jednoj od terasa uvek hladovina. Sve je kompletno renovirano i novo i potpuno opremljeno do najsitnijih detalja. Pritisak vode je odličan zahvaljujući pumpi i velikom rezervoaru na terasi. Parking je moguć na ulici i u našem terminu (kraj juna, početak jula) je uvek bilo mesta u blizini apartmana. Wifi apsolutno savršen. Vlasnik nam je zbog malog problema sa vodom koji je nastao ne njegovom krivicom produžio boravak za jedan dan što je bilo vrlo ljubazno sa njegove strane.
Iako je u apartmanu ostavljeno dovoljno čistih peškira i posteljina za 10 dana boravka ne bi bilo loše da čistačica svrati bar jednom.
