Sobe Pintur

The location is perfect, right in the heart of this beautiful and charming little town. The room was small but clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Grožnjan itself is such a special place, full of character and atmosphere. Despite of tiny entrance we had possibility to park our e-bikes during the night = bike friendly.

One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few narrow stairs, which we found a bit uncomfortable, particularly when carrying luggage.

Great location in the Grožnjan old town. Excellent value for money. Had a place to store our bikes.

Per prima cosa da citare l'accoglienza straordinaria da parte della Signora Maria. Gentilissima e molto cordiale, si è anche preoccupata dei problemi che avevamo a una delle nostre bici. La struttura gode di una posizione perfetta per la Parenzana. All'ultimo piano si gode di vista sui tetti e di un bellissimo paesaggio. Le stanze hanno tutto ciò che serve a chi è di passaggio per una notte e a chi, come noi, è piuttosto minimalista e non è interessato a sfronzoli vari. Le bici sono rimaste al chiuso dentro la struttura. Abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione (da pagare separatamente) all'aperto nel ristorante della struttura stessa. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti! If you want to stay directly in the town of Groznjan, Pintur is a good location. Good AC.

The rooms are very small (even for Europe), paint is peeling from the walls, killed a few roach type bugs. Host is not the friendliest person we have met in Istria. I have stayed other places in Groznjan and it is worth the extra cost for a better experience.
