Lokacija je odlična, strogi center Grožnjana. Naše sobe so bile sicer majhne, vendar so nudila vso udobje. Hkrati je tu tudi gostilna, kjer si lahko naročiš kosilo in večerjo. Osebje je prijazno, lahko smo tudi dali kolesa v zaklenjeno lopo in lastnik se je ob 6.00 uri zjutraj vstal in jo odprl.
Hladilnik v sobi je bil glasen, wi-fi v najvišjih prostorih ni bil dober, v pritličju pa je bil zelo dober.

This accommodation went beyond my expectations. It is a fairy tale to stay in such a mountain village! Wonderful accommodation, sparkling clean, easy to check in and out. Very safe and all amenities needed were available. I wish I had more time to stay at this lovely home, but I plan to visit again, hopefully soon.

The mixed messages of our rating is because the place is okay and clean, but cheap, so not the nicest place -but met our expectations mostly.
Room very small, bed so-so, room next to ours was noisy, bed tiny.

If you want to stay directly in the town of Groznjan, Pintur is a good location. Good AC.
The rooms are very small (even for Europe), paint is peeling from the walls, killed a few roach type bugs. Host is not the friendliest person we have met in Istria. I have stayed other places in Groznjan and it is worth the extra cost for a better experience.
