Was just a place to sleep for the night so I can’t comment much. Bed was comfy.

Stunning views. Only there for one quick sleep.

Missing a Personal Touch

Good location and a lovely pool to enjoy in warmer weather. Good communication initially.

When we arrived no one was on site and it took some texting back and forth for the son to arrive. Stairs are very very steep up to the room. Odour when we opened the door and we were cold at night. Owner texted how to use the heat pump, but we couldn’t get it to work for more than a short time. Extra blankets provided would have been helpful.

Valuable place

The location was near to the old center of Motovun. Host looks like really sympathetic.

The room is really stretch and the host doesn't speak enlgish, so it's a bit complicated to understood him.

Good value for money, bacause it is cheep

The pool is good, they let us stay ater check out.

Not one photo of our booked apartment was on the booking.com seen previously. They have 4 apartments, we based our decision to come on the pool and photos, but our apt was way smaller and furniture used up. Tv had only some austrian channels half of them working half not. Not one croatian channel ( not that it is most important thing, but strange)

Good place to stay close to Motovun

Lovely pool area, nice view to Motovun. Good breakfast, friendly owner (but he doesn't speak English). You have one of wineries practically next door, so good chance to make a tasting.

Room was small and noisy from stairway - you could hear other guests walking/speaking. Location is not convenient if you don't have a car, too far away from Motovun to go on foot.

Exceptional

We loved everything about this place. The host was amazing, very discreet but helpful when we needed him. Breakfast was tasty, especially home made fried eggs. Bed was very comfortable and spatious, and kitchen is fully equipped. Sunbeds by the pool were perfect for relaxing, and with a great view on the town of Motovun. Bonus for us was that winery Fakin is close by.

Cozy, beautiful vue, very clean

Small but very nice and cozy village with perfect vue to Motovun. Ideal for those who are doing the Parenzena with bike as it is on the road. Very clean!

Smještaj kraj Motovuna

Smještaj je bio uredan i čist, dočekala nas je topla soba što nam je bilo važno s obzirom na to da je boravak bio u veljači i vani je bilo dosta hladno. U sklopu smještaja je besplatan parking. Iz dvorišta je lijep pogled na Motovun (iz naše sobe se nije vidio). Osoblje je bilo vrlo ljubazno, dostupno, susretljivo u ispunjenju naših zahtjeva. Doručak uključen u cijenu boravka je bio ok (namazi, jogurti, šunka, sir, jaja), a poslužuje se u kući do smještaja. Lokacija smještaja je jako blizu Motovuna, u okolici je nekoliko vinarija, lokacina je dobra i za istraživanje drugih dijelova Istre. Pri našem dolasku bili su radovi na cesti do smještaja pa treba biti oprezan pri vožnji pogotovo po mraku.

Voda za umivanje u wc-u je bila jako hladna i nije bilo opcije da biramo između tople i hladne vode (za tuširanje je bilo tople vode). Ako kiša pada kao što je nama dosta je bučno što nekome može biti problem za spavanje.

Resta un posto davvero rilassante. In un bell’angolo dell’istria interna questa guest house offre alloggi piccoli ma completi. Pulito, staff non invadente ma cordiale. La colazione è ottima in una saletta con vista su Montona.

Heerlijke rustige lokatie.

Het zwembad was top, na een dag rondwandelen erg lekker. Prima kamer, aardige host. Lekker ontbijt, dorpje nabij op de top van de heuvel waar je prachtig op uitkijkt.

Balkon was een beetje klein met uitzicht op de binnenplaats.
