We had a perfect stay at Annio Studios! The location is outstanding—just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants, charming cafés, and a handy supermarket. Malagas Beach is nearby and absolutely fantastic for families. The house itself is beautifully designed—every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s spacious, stylish, and feels like its own little ecosystem, surrounded by cacti and a variety of plants that create a serene, inviting atmosphere. The small pool is ideal for a refreshing dip during siesta time, and there’s even a playground for the kids, a quaint house, and a little chapel at the end of the garden that adds to the peaceful charm of the place. It’s a wonderfully family-friendly spot and was absolutely perfect for the five of us. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend Annio Studios to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautifully curated stay by the sea.

The pool heater could not turn off and as it was summer time it was too hot to use.

The location
The room was extremely small, the bathroom small and for the room we rented, the pictures didn’t look like our room. The rooms are very close and on your back patio you can see several others.
