Highly recommended for long breaks in Agia Anna

The hosts are excellent. They arranged for a taxi to collect me at the port (20 Euros if shared, 30 Euros if on your own) and they met me on arrival to get me settled. You see them around the property all day and they will help you with anything you need. The room is a good size with a balcony and a bottle of water provided on arrival. The bathroom is a good size with some shower gel provided. There is a small desk with mirror for working, and a small kitchenette with fridge. The hosts loaned me a beach parasol so that I didn't have to purchase one. Towels are changed every 2 days and bed linens every 4 days with full room cleaning. The hotel is in a very quiet area and is literally minutes from one of the beaches in Agia Anna. There is a bus stop just around the corner for convenient and cheap travel to the port and other beaches on the coast. A nice row of restaurants starting at the end of the street. In my opinion, you cannot beat this location and I love the Agia Anna area. Everything is walkable and safe. I stayed for 7 days and found it completely relaxing. I would book here again.

There is a private residence behind the hotel with an extremely loud family who work locally at the beaches. It creates a significant amount of noise between 7-9pm every night but they quiet down eventually. The room could benefit from a comfortable chair that can be used at the desk (instead of the pedestal stool) and so that you can relax in the evening without having to lie in the bed. The shower has no curtain or wall so the bathroom is used as a wet room with a floor drain in the center of the floor. This is something to keep in mind and I would recommend to the hosts to perhaps purchase a floor squeegee (hopefully that translates) so that guests can clear the water after the shower. The bed is two single mattresses put together which is not uncommon for Europe but something for foreign travelers to be aware of.

A good option in Agia Anna

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Location is good, private parking and just a few steps from the beach. We had a small studio with a kitchenette and a balcony, it was comfortable but few things to make it better were missing like hangers for jackets/bags or other pieces of furniture to leave stuff.

The shower unfortunately was not comfortable at all, too small and with no curtain, it was impossible not to flood the bathroom completely.

It was such a special holiday to Naxos and this was our 3rd time back, the studio we stayed in was amazing, very modern

We could not have asked for better, the rooms were clean and modern and very spacious. Stella & Manolis were do accommodating and were so kind. It was in a fantastic location and the view from our bedroom was so special, just looking out into the sea with yachts passing by.

Wonderful beach location

The apartment is well located near by the best beaches in Naxos, Plaka Beach, Mikri Vigla Beach Walkable distance, Paralia Agios and Santana Beach. Many great restaurants around The property has parking a great plus. The apartment is not on the firdt row from the street this is a great plus no unwanted noise

Location is great and hosts are super nice.

The hosts were super nice and went an extra mile to make us comfortable. The location is great as it is really closed to the Agia anna beach and walking distance from the prokopios beach. There are plenty of closed by restaurants and super market. It is also 10 min drive from the old town and the airport.

There were no blankets, no extra pillows and the wifi didn’t work properly. Showers have no curtains so water is everywhere.

Warm welcome and a very relaxing stay.

The location is perfect. Agia Anna in my opinion is the best place to base yourself and Iades is across the road from the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants. Stella and her son Manolis work extremely hard, are very helpful, and give a warm welcome. Rooms are kept spotless and the decor is modern and clean and all felt pretty new. The bathrooms were well thought out. The WiFi worked well but they offered an extender for a speed boost. Only if you need to Zoom which I hope you don’t! Oh and the balcony was fabulous! Great size. Good shade.

Obviously there’s no restaurant but there are so many within 30 seconds it makes no odds. There’s a fridge, kettle, coffee machine. So nothing to complain about!

Wow fabulous apartment a Greek bathroom where the water stayed inside the shower it was so modern and well equipped, comfortable bed we throughly enjoyed our stay. Look forward to returning in the future

Superb

The location of this hotel is fantastic. a couple of streets from the beech and main bars and restaurants whilst it is incredibly quiet! Very clean, with a super friendly and helpful host. Their small veranda was super and even relatively cool in the afternoon which is pretty rate.

It would be great to have mosquito nets but the host assured me she has already commissioned it and waiting for an available technician to install them. It could have a couple of extra utensils and pots if someone wants to cook often but I have no doubt the host would provide them in minutes if you asked as she did with an iron during our stay. So all in all, not much that can't be fixed with a quick chat.

Pleasant

The apartment was spacious and newly renovated inside. The friendly host apologized for electricity problems and put up shade netting on the balcony after we mentioned it was too hot to use the balcony.

The Kitchenette was very small. There was no table and chairs in the studio, only on the balcony. The sunny balcony had no roof so it was sadly to hot to sit outside. We struggled with the wifi and the air-conditioning.

We had an amazing time here! The accomodation is very clean, spacious and has everything that you need. We had a great view of the sea, and it was very quiet/peaceful. The host was lovely too.

The room was spacious, airy and clean with a fantastic bed and shower. The large terrace was perfect for relaxing and had a rack for drying clothes. The owner and her family were very friendly and kind, even leaving us two bottles of wine during our stay.

Very walkable to all you would want. The beach was right there, there was a couple of coffee shops close by, small grocery store just down the street and more restaurants then you had time to eat at.

Second bathroom (rm #7) was a little small for people that were 6ft tall or higher to shower in. It was a none issue since we also had the connecting room (#8) which we all used as the main one.

Fantastic holiday --Stella is a lovely lady -- I'm sure everyone who goes there has a great time.

The location of the property was great only minutes away from Agia Anna beach . Stella the owner was super very helpful and always smiling when we met her and her mum when they were cleaning in the morning. The towels were all sparkling white changed everyday , the sheets every other day and the apartment cleaned out ever morning .

There was nothing really we didn't like we had a studio at the back of the building which was always lovely and cool after a day at the beach or when we were out and about .We could watch the planes landing and taking of and the ferries in the distant at Naxos town buses run regularly there lots of lovely restaurants along the front . Agia Anna is a great resort lovely restaurants a few beach bars and the studios are only a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket. We would have preferred a bit bigger studio with us being there for three weeks but that is all.

Stella, vår värdinna, är enastående. Hon är välkomnande och gör allt för att gästerna ska ha det bra. Läget på boendet är perfekt, nära havet men ändå lugnt. Boendet har allt vad man behöver. Rent , snyggt och välstädat.

Duschen var opraktisk.
