Good value, location

Great value, friendly staff who cleaned the room as appropriate and fresh towels, 30 seconds walk to the beach. Quiet area a little away from main road. Balcony to dry stuff, cooking facilities were fine

Shower was prone to flooding if I wasn't careful. It's a very compact room but for one person was good for me.

Chill beach getaway with a comfortable place to stay!!

Great value for the price, very clean apartment.

Everything matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beach and near the Naxos town, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to prepare a simple breakfast. Great value for the price, kind and welcoming hosts – I would definitely recommend staying here.

The only two minor drawbacks were the presence of mosquitoes at night – as the windows didn’t have mosquito nets – and the small bathroom, which was a bit tight for my partner, who is quite tall.

Our stay was ok except the room was terrible

The location was close to beach and shop bars restaurants

The room was so small room no 7 I know it said small studio but you couldn’t swing a fly in it luckily my wife and I are slim any large or fat people would have a big problem And the bathroom was a complete joke there I no way two people could be in there together the doorway was only 600mm wide a big fat person would not be able to get in The towel’s and linen were thread bare pillows like rock and the bed was terrible it had slats missing Aprison cell would nearly have been preferable luckily the only saving grace was a large balcony The lichen was very basic not even a kettle to boil water you had to use a small saucepan on a old electric stove that took for ever to boil The fridge was the best part of the studio we won’t be staying there again

Excellent position,comfortable and quiet

It was perfect for us,very near the beach and a sun bed for my friend who had had a recent knee replacement,a few steps from the supermarket and fresh bread ,room5 had a lovely balcony (sunny in the morning but shady by the time we popped back for a lunch break),and quiet.The bus to Naxos town is beside the supermarket ,so very close.It is just back from the properties along the beach road,hence quiet and peaceful.Anna was helpful in providing an extra frying pan as we like to cook some evening meals,and storing our luggage on the day we left.

Every day is a beach day!

This studio apartment with balcony is in the perfect location, behind a restaurant and just off the main road that runs through Agia Anna. The bust stop was less than 50m from the front door and the sandy beach was just across the road. Anna was most friendly and extremely responsive on the Booking.com portal to answer any questions we had. Her directions to the property were spot on! Wifi was good. Make the trip into Naxos town and visit AB Supermarket for your provisions, especially if you have a vehicle. We used the public bus transport so relied on the local supermarkets, which are really quite pricey in comparison.

Sadly, the kitchen was totally underequipped and quite a disappointment. The coffee making 'system' is cumbersome (feels like one's camping!) and insufficient. There's no oven mitten to handle the kettle once the water's boiled. A moka coffee pot or simple coffee machine would have made a huge difference. General kitchen utensils need an upgrade and a few items added. Basically everything is mismatched, which is not the worst I suppose, but this could be an easy, inexpensive fix. A wider variety of glasses will be a bonus too, especially bigger ones for beer. Note to travellers: ask about the rules about not flushing (used!) toilet paper down the toilet - this was a first for me 🙈

It was Heavenly

Large room with the kitchen, comfortable beds and wide terrace with splendid sea view and sunset. It was more then expected; close to splendid beaches, near to the little turistic port for daily crusies, some supermarkets, many tavernas. and bar. The bus stop in front of studios.Not far from Hora Naxsos town ( max 20 min by bus with frequency every half of hour).

Fantastic location, great value and lovely owners.

Fantastic, large terrace with views out over the harbour. Spotlessly clean apartment. Anna and her family very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.

A small electric kettle would be useful, as it takes so long to boil water for 2 cups on the hob, but Anna did mention future plans for electric improvements. Maybe take a travel kettle. Hairdryer listed on facilities, but none in room. I'm sure Anna would have provided one had I asked, but I'm a wash and go person on hols so it was not a problem.

Good value, clean accommodation in Agia Anna.

Great value studio in good location with sea view with both Agia Anna and Agios Prokopios easily accessible. Bus stop right outside for easy €2 transfer to from port. Loads of restaurants within easy reach.

Minimal kitchen equipment but ok for our needs, maybe not if you plan to cook. Not really dislike as such but Road outside is busier than you might think. Beach opposite is ok but nicer beach area if you walk 1k towards Plaka.

Everything, the accommodation was very good, the house and the patio where nice and the vieuw was amazing. You can walk to the beaches and you can walk to the harbour, a walk of 10 min, you can swim there and you have enough restaurants to eat.

Highly recommended!

Anna and her husband are really nice people, taking care of their guests - their hospitality was a blast. We spent at Plaza Studios ten beautiful days in very nice room with the most beautiful view at the beach which was like from dreams - thank you so much Anna for making my dream come true! This view and the sound of the sea - nothing elase is needed. The room was very clean, very spacious and has everything you need - it was just perfect! Thank you Anna ❤️

Dissapointed

We booked a studio half basement with kitchen and garden view for 6 nights. When we arrived, the owner took us to another room outside the studio complex, about 50 meters away. The room is inside the restaurant with no kitchen and very noisy. It is also very small (12 m2). You don't know even where to put suitcases. We heard people working in the kitchen in the restaurant all night and also talking loudly and laughing until 4 o'clock in the morning. Every car that passed illuminated a room. We were very disappointed. We complained immediately, but the owner did not have our room available. She told us to stay in that room for one night, and the next day she would give us (better) room for an extra charge. We think this is not fair because we had one night without sleep because of the noise and we also have to pay extra money for it? If we didn't complain to the owner, we would be left in this room, which is terrible to spend the holidays. I was seriously thinking of leaving the island rather than staying there for 6 nights. We were sure that we would cancel the accommodation the next day but the owner offered us a room at no extra charge. It was the same room we first booked just one floor up. This room was ok and it met our original expectations, but as I told, if we didn't made a complain we would be left in that awful room. This was the worse experience in greece in 18 years. The lady is probably not a bad person, but we think that this things should not happen. This room is only suitable for someone who does not care about rest, maybe some young person who is looking for a party and just needs a cheap room.

Ottima posizione, fermata dell’autobus davanti a casa e tutti i servizi necessari. Anna è un host accogliente, passa a pulire l’appartamento tutti i giorni e ogni 3 cambia gli asciugamani. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Vista mare dal terrazzino magnifica
