The apartment has a small kitchen with just the bare minimum for two people (plates, cutlery, one pot, and one pan). There is also a lovely small terrace with a wall-mounted drying rack. The room was cleaned every day, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom is spacious, and the host was always very helpful. The apartment is very near the bus stop and supermarkets.

Because of a sloping issue, a puddle of water always formed inside the shower and stayed there almost until the next day. Also, due to a ferry cancellation, we had to check in a day later than planned, and neither Booking nor the host were able to give us any information about a refund for the lost night.

No start up accessories in room eg. No Tea, coffee, milk, soap, shampoo, tissues. Poor cutlery supply, no wine glasses, stained pots. No security safe. Staff disinterested, however obliging when requested items. One staff had shirt off on arrival and seemed to have no idea of what he was meant to be doing. No orientation or suggested things to see or do. This hotel has the potential to be great value for money by just implementing basic accommodation and hospitality standards.
