What you need for a serene weekend.

The location was pretty convenient and very close to the beach mini market bus station and vibrant area.

I would change the beds(mattres,pillows, sheets) and maybe a less rustic colours in the rooms .

Budget stay close to a beautiful beach and restaurants, wifi not guaranteed.

Kind hosts, a block from a very nice beach. Very clean. The maid came in every day. She mopped, did dishes if you left them, and left new towels. Some nice touches like individual reading lights, and plenty of electrical outlets.

None of the photos resembled our room. It was cramped, with a tired second, twin, bed, which was the only place to put our luggage. Only one or possibly two rooms in this lodging have any kind of ocean view. Others have an ugly view from terraces. We had no wifi in our room. We only had wifi on a shared terrace. The facilities are old, toilet seat broken, etc.

Enjoyable stay

Short walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants.. Nice room with two balconies. Irini, the host drops off nice cakes and rice pudding. Very quiet.

My room #5 had very poor internet connection but ok on front balcony. Hand held shower typical of Greek accommodation.

Nice to relax!

The place is very near to the beach, and bus station, the staff was really kind, very clean room with clean service every day. Quiet place to relax Highly recommended.

Excellent location

Excellent location one block from the beach and near the restaurants and shops. Also close to the bus station if you want to go into town. Show gets hot and has good pressure. Run by a sweet Greek grandma who is very kind and generous. Good WiFi and clothes lines to hang your wet swimsuits.

Everything is kinda of dated (curtains and blankets). Not luxury but does trick if you want to stay close to the beach.

Authentic

The host and staff make you feel very welcome and homely, that is special. The rooms are fresh smelling and very clean, as well as cool down and stay cool easily. Right next to the beach, not even 1 minute walking. Thank you for staying!

Very good location, 50 meters from the amazing beach of Agia Anna. Mrs Irene was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! She brought us every morning foods that she cooked, like homemade rizogalo, cheese pie as well as cake! Lovely! Our room was cleaned everyday and we had an amazing stay! Will definitely book next year at Polemis!

The parking was sometimes occupied by others unfortunately, and the shower was of small proportions. However those where small trades for an amazing stay!

Wonderful!

A little tricky to find but once I did the host was absolutely lovely, showed me my room (which was very large and perfectly clean) and even gave me some cake. Great location — close to the beach but quiet and off the street. Highly recommend!

Pleasant

very nice staff and location really close to the beach. Cozy atmosphere. the apartments look and feel are in armony with the Cyclades architecture.

unfortunately we had to change our apartment as there was a mouse living there. Unfortunately under the kitchen of that room it was quite dirty. the staff found a solution for us quite rapidly. but I was lucky because it was already late in the evening and the staff was going to bed soon. I was expecting at least a discount for the trouble but it didn't happen. there is a small minimarket close by but expensive. A bigger one is a bit more far away.

Very nice place to stay ! Nice, clean room, well equipped kitchen, balcony, quiet, but only 50 meters from the beach. Restaurants, shops, bus-stop (every 30 minutes to Plaka and the Chora). Run by very friendly people !

Superb

Location is situated off the main road but close enough (1 min walking distance) to the bus station, Agia Anna beach and Dive Center. Good value for money, comfortable and clean. The bathroom is small so don't expect a luxury apartment. However you have everything you need, including a balcony and kitchenette. The host is simply amazing and will take care of you like family 😍 I felt at home during my stay here.

Wonderful stay

Very lovely owner that gave us homemade cake at arrival and pepper pie. Its very clean (and they offer to clean every day if you want! With clean towels and sheets every 2 days). Balcony on 2 sides. Good working airconditioning. Kitchenette setup was basic but good enough. Good wifi (except for 1 night but that was due to the the weather. It can drop out on the islands). Bus stop very close to the accommodation (stop Market Margiritis Agia Anna). There is a free beach just after all the (ridiculously expensive) lounge chairs. Just after the Aloha Beach Bar. Inbetween their chairs and the pedalo rental. Closest "big" supermarket (Supermarket Koutelieris. Next to the Snow White Laundry) was about a 15 minute walk . When we wanted our laundry done the owner arranged it for us. Handed it in in the morning and got it back the same afternoon. Would definitely go back!

A shower head that you have to hold and can't hang up while showering. Rather hard matrasses to our taste but didn't spoil our stay. There was laundry service with Snow White Laundry. 12 euros for a wash and dry. 7 for just wash (of course those are the prices of the Laundry themselves)

The room was spacious and had great air conditioning. The family who runs the hotel was friendly and helpful. The lady went above and beyond making us sweet treats during our stay. The beach and amenities were such a close walk and the bus stop was at the end of the street.

The host is awesome and the most friendly host out there. She had made us a delicious welcome rice pudding and also baked a cake for us on our last night. The property is located very close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, bars, supermarket. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, just few minutes from beautiful Agia Anna beach. The studio was clean, functional, perfect for our needs. The host was very welcoming, always keen to help. She call to check our ferry schedule and she provided useful information. Best Greek hospitality, with homemade cakes, fruits and local wine! Many thanks for all the nice memories, it was an amazing vacation!

Recomendable, pero sin vista al mar

The bus to Naxos stopped at the corner. There were also two markets there. Many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable

Very few accessories in the kitchen. There was practically no view to the sea, as Booking had offered. There were many buildings between the small balcony and the see. There was no washing machine and no microwave

Ci tornerei volentieri!

Posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal mare. Molto gradito il cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Stanza pulita ed essenziale. La proprietaria è una signora gentilissima ed accogliente che svariate volte ci ha portato dolci, rustici e frutta fresca.

L’unico neo è stato il Wi-Fi, che nella nostra stanza purtroppo non prendeva (in altri punti della struttura sì)

Soggiorno perfetto, ci ritornerei subito!

Appartamento in ottima posizione, di fronte al mare e vicino a ristoranti e market. La fermata dell’autobus sotto casa. Pulizia giornaliera e asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni con cambio delle lenzuola ogni due giorni. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile (la padrona di casa spesso ci portava dolci e rustici fatti in casa). Il terrazzino vista mare impagabile.

Unico neo il wi-fi che non funzionava bene ma per noi non è stato un problema.

A due passi dal mare, molto pulita e dotata di ogni servizio. La signora ci ha accolto con dei dolci fatti in casa ottimi, sia al nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Sicuramente da consigliare!!

Esperienza ottima

La camera era pulitissima e funzionale. La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Ma il plus è sicuramente dato dall’accoglienza della padrona di casa, che ogni tanto lascia agli ospiti anche qualche dolcetto fatto da lei. Super consigliato!

Lokalizacja tego obiektu jest bardzo dobra. Wszędzie blisko i do sklepu i tawern oraz na plażę. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja, suszarka do włosów i osobna łazienka. Jest bardzo czysto. Gdy tylko przyjechałam w pokoju czekało na mnie ciasto na powitanie od właścicielki. W czasie pobytu również zostałam jeszcze raz poczęstowana ciastem oraz dwa razy deserem. Bardzo mili i gościnni Grecy. Jeśli będę jeszcze kiedyś na Naxos to z wielką przyjemnością jeszcze raz chciałabym być gościem tego obiektu.

Monolocale spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. A due passi dal mare, con parcheggio. Pulizia giornaliera che non è assolutamente scontata in un’appartamento, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare in camera anche dei dolcetti.

Personale gentile e accogliente. Camera un po' piccola per una famiglia,in particolare il bagno. Buona posizione,nei pressi della spiaggia.

Prezzi molto alti di mini market,bar e ristoranti.conviene avere un'auto per spostarsi per trovare prezzi abbordabili. Non è riferito alla struttura,ma potrebbe aiutare qualcuno che va per la prima volta.

Tutto. La gentilezza della proprietaria, la pulizia, gli spazi, i terrazzi (uno privato e uno in comune con un altro appartamento), la posizione a due passi da un mare splendido, il posteggio sotto casa, l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.. Una struttura stra-consigliata.
