Like going back in time 25 years when we regularly had no hot water. IMO overpriced.

The sheets and towels were changed on a regular basis and the room was cleaned daily. Nice view from the balcony.

No plug in the sink or available bowl to wash swimwear, etc. Despite requesting this. The fridge freezer compartment had no door so no facilities to freeze water for the beach. The fridge also made a racket due to age which affected our sleep. The front door would only open half way until it jammed on the floor tiles which made access a bit difficult at times. In one week we had three instances of no hot water including the last morning, a cold show before travelling for nineteen hours is not ideal. There was a period one night when there was no water at all for a while (hot or cold).

Great location!!

FANTASTIC Location! Right outside a bus stop to get into town. Right across the road from the beach and lots of eateries nearby. Also, it is conveniently close to a port for tour pick-ups/drop-offs. Cleaner came every second day to change sheets, refresh towels & mop the floors. Cute balcony to watch sunset from & hang out washing. Great aircon!

There seemed to be a few ants that kept appearing in the room despite no food being left out. Shower head & holder needed replacing - had to hold the shower head by hand when using it. Fridge didn't seem quite cool enough at times despite the door being shut. Hot water didn't work one day - I contacted the owner who said there was no issue with it but it seemed to work fine the next day so not sure what that was about.

This felt like such a scam. I would stay elsewhere and not recommend this place. we felt lied to and like it was a scam

Convenient location to the bus stop

Upon arrival, we were informed that half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Advertised to have wifi, but neither myself or my partner were able to successfully connect. We had better wifi access at a beach bar than in our hotel. It was advertised to have free toiletries. That was not the case. Only had hand soap. It’s right above a market, that the owner runs, so there’s no reason for there not to be body wash/shampoo. There was a bad smell in the room throughout our stay.

I found insects inside the room, especially in the bed, bedbugs, and we were very hurt, especially my wife, and we spent days suffering from itching and scratching because of the uncleanliness of the room. The room was very poor, with very old and unfit furniture. I do not recommend staying in it. I demand that Booking.com and the hotel compensate us for the damage that happened to us.

The owner is rude, obnoxious, intimidating and not helpful No WiFi whole trip so ended up spending a fortune on roaming fee (UK provider not shengen), owner just told me that’s ‘it’s an island what do I expect’ ? Basically trying to treat me like an idiot, lost of places nearby had perfect WiFi he is cutting costs and have no care about clients once he collected his money (it’s all non refundable and I had to pay many months in advance) No cooking facilities except small kettle, even so advertised as kitchenette with cooking equipment. There is not even storage for plates, there were some dirty plates and some cutlery under the sink. The only sink in the whole unit, is in that kitchenette area which is basically next to bed - all in one room. I was not prepared not to be able to cook at all the whole trip. Hot tub again advertised did not work either. Room is much smaller then on the photo - just a room with one massive bed and no room for anything else Lots of nice clean places nearby, area and beach are very nice too I love Greece, been many time in different places and always great experience, nice friendly hosts … but not this time Just avoid verykokkos at all costs

Scam artist

The owner of this apartment is running a scam with booking.com. I have contacted booking.com regarding this, it's been over a month and they have failed to get back to me. After months of planning this holiday I was left stranded by the scam artist. I got a taxi from the port and could not find the place, called the property couldn't understand a word he was saying, i made the taxi driver speak to him. The taxi driver laughed and told me to go in the shop and collect the keys. We went in the shop and got the key from a girl working behind the counter, it turns out the apartment is above the shop. She took us upstairs to a dingy dark small room which looked filthy, there was only one bed there. I informed her that I booked an apartment with 2 single bed, she informed me there was no such thing here it is only one bed apartment. She informed me she is not the owner and she will call the owner, she informed me that the owner told her we can go if we don't like it. I was scared and distraught as the fact that I was scammed sunk in. There was 2 of us and the apartment was small and it only had one small bed, there was no way we could stay there. I tried calling booking.com but could not get through, ibe tried all the internatikn numbers none of them worked.I've emailed them but they still have not got back to me. Luckily I've managed to find another apartment nearby but I had to pay in cash, I ended borrowing the money which ended up costing me more. I have emailed booking.com for a refund but nothing happened. I eventually called them and managed to get a refund. I am disgusted with booking.com that they still have not got back to me, I have not received any response to all the emails I have sent them or have I received any apology. This company clearly work with scam artist to con people out their money. They let anyone fasly advertise on their website and leave people stranded abroad.

Nice location. Small but costly. Cleaned for us in between our stay.

The bathroom didn’t have a bulkhead so every time you have a shower, water was spilled out everywhere. Didn’t have a cloth in the kitchen neither washing detergent. Communication with owner was non-existent at all. We had to find our own way.

Amazing balcony overlooking the beach right across the street made our week stay simply perfect. Priceless location. Nice swimming beach. Close to restaurants and bus stop. Good value.

Bed is okay. Kitchen needs an upgrade. Furnishings feel like cheap beach crash pad more than a nice hotel or apartment, but that can be expected at this price. Some bees on balcony. However, the location and price make it all worth it.

Very good

The location was fantastic - right on the beach. The balcony was amazing with uninterrupted views of Agia Anna bay. There is a great place next door, Salt and Sugar, amd a couple of good restaurants on the other side.

Fabulous

We had a studio with 2 balconies, one sea-fronted and one to the side! The views from both are amazing and there is a constant breeze through the apartment. New AC, running well too.

It could be better cleaned. I understand that keeping a studio that is in front of the sea is difficult (especially with sand entering all the time) but maybe try to do a little better job with the bathroom at least. Some basic utensils were absent (sponge, detergent,etc although when I asked, they gave me a new sponge for free but said that I had to buy a bottle of detergent)

Very good

Great location, directly on the beach. I loved my balcony with sea view, I could hear the sea waves even inside the room, it was amazing. There is a shop under the apartment where you can buy food. Cleaning lady was coming every day.

I had troubles with wifi password. And with ants and mosquitos (which is of course not fault of the accommodation). The sea water temperature could have been higher :)

Hôtel très médiocre

L'emplacement qui est à côté de la mer.

L'eau est coupée après 22h. Si vous décidez de sortir puis de rentrer vers les coups de 22h prendre une douche, l'eau est systématiquement coupée. Vous devez impérativement envoyer un message au propriétaire. Mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir de l'eau chaude. Vous vous doucherez à l'eau froide. Ensuite il n'y a pas de gel douche mis à disposition gratuitement comme le font tous les hôtels. Vous n'aurez rien. Il y avait une présence de quelques fourmis dans le lit. De plus, il est noté qu'il y a un parking privé dans l'hôtel, ce qui est strictement faux. Il y a bien quelques places pour se garer mais ce sont pour les résidents et la clientèle du supermarché. Les parkings qu'il y a sont publics et sont à plus de 100 mètres de l'hôtel, il faut marcher. Quelques accessoires sont vetustes dans la chambre, comme l'accroche serviette cassé et la poignée de porte qui est toute sale et collante. La clim n'est ni arrêtable, ni modifiable elle est programmée pour être à 26 degrés. En bref, je vous conseillerais de réserver un autre hôtel.

L'emplacement est fantastique à 50 m de la plage, à 20 m de l'arrêt de bus et du petit supermarché. Le personnel est très gentil Joli balcon.

La salle de bain est en mauvais état, pas de rideau de douche donc on inonde la salle de bain à chaque douche, le robinet du lavabo ne tient pas il faut les 2 mains pour l'utiliser sinon il tombe, le mur est recouvert de moisissures. Nous étions 4, nous avions seulement 2 tasses par contre beaucoup d'assiettes sales il a fallu les relaver. Les matelas sont à ressort et on sent beaucoup les ressorts. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout, heureusement que c'était les vacances.

Πολύ ωραίος ο χώρος ακριβώς απέναντι από την οργανωμένη παραλία με φανταστική θέα στην θάλασσα.Απο κάτω άκριβως το σούπερ μάρκετ του ιδιοκτήτη διπλα όλα τα καταστήματα για φαγητό.Αυτο που ζητούσαμε ακριβώς.Διακοπες χωρίς μετακινήσεις.Ολα άψογα.Καθαρο δωμάτιο με καθημερινή καθαριότητα και με όλες τις ανέσεις.Ευχαριστουμε το προσωπικό και τον ιδιοκτήτη του για τις άψογες συνθήκες .Η φωτό είναι από το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου.Ακριβως πάνω στην παραλία.

Lage war top. Zimmerservice war sehr gut und nett.

Es war Schimmel im Bad oben an der Decke. Der Wasserhahn hing lose im Waschbecken. Es gab keine Duschhalterung und keinen Vorhang. Sehr heruntergekommen und sogar die Seife wurde gepunscht, um Geld zu sparen.
