Maria's hospitality is unbeatable!

Cute and cozy beach villa in Agia Anna

The amazing location with the most delicious beach side Taverna 30 seconds away. Includes free chairs at one of the beach clubs. We had a very cute and cozy room with a kitchenette so that we could make breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was nicely done.

This family-run gem is what authentic Greek hospitality is all about. Maria and her wonderful family welcomed us like old friends - Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location right by the beach is perfect, surrounded by excellent restaurants. The beachfront restaurant offers sunbeds (just remember you’ll need to order breakfast and lunch to secure them), and both the food and drinks are excellent. Don’t miss Maria’s mother’s homemade cake - it’s absolutely delicious! **Getting around:** The city bus runs every 20 minutes for just 2 euros - you can buy tickets at the local market by the bus stop.

Fair warning about the shower - water does escape everywhere, so be prepared! But honestly, it’s a small price to pay for such genuine hospitality.

Relaxing beach holiday.

Located just a stone throw from the water.Host was very friendly and helpful.The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a small balcony outlooking the water on the side.There were many taverns to pick from and a supermarket very close by. We looked forward to our cake and fruit, left for us each day. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the local bus passed if needed.

The perfect Naxos location

The property is beautiful, and when I say beautiful I’m not doing it justice, the room is modern with a Greek style, every possible comfort you could ask for, The view was spectacular! And Maria was the best host! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back!!

Exceptionally good!

Clean, comfy, pretty just like on the photos. Extremely friendly host, who explained all the rules, gave some friendly advice on how to use a public transport and which restaurants to go to, as well as some excursions and stuff. Also treated my to ice cream free of charge 🥹

Hot water is situational and you can easily run out of it. But I believe that’s normal for this kind of facilities and in general for this island. Still was enough for me more or less Also a cold shower is totally an option in the summer heat.

The location and the view from the balcony, the room was beautiful and they cleaned it every day. Maria is a great Hoster, informative and welcoming. She’s available for any questions. The restaurant next door was amazing with friendly waitress, amazing food and good value for money beach beds.

We had a wonderful experience at Naxian Breeze.

Our stay at Naxian Breeze was wonderful. The location was amazing - you literally just walk around the corner and you’re on the beautiful beach lined with restaurants that offer sunbeds with umbrellas as well as delicious food. We were greeted on arrival by Maria and she was very nice. She even helped bring our luggage up to the top suite. We were a large family group so we had 2 units —the very bottom and the very top. Both rooms were immaculately clean, and each had a plate of fresh fruit and some scrumptious homemade cake made by Maria’s mother. Maria helped us arrange a laundry pickup right away, and it was really nice to not have to take time away from our vacation by going to a laundromat. The duration of our stay remained very pleasant. We couldn’t hear anyone else through the walls. The view of the Aegean Sea from the top suite was magical. The AC worked well. The bed in the top floor suite was firm but comfortable. The kids loved the bunk bed in the family suite. We had a friendly housekeeper who tidied up our rooms each day and left us more fruit and cake. Maria was responsive and helpful with any questions I had during our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The water temp and pressure from the top suite was problematic at peak times of use, but I understand that may be unavoidable.

Perfect apartment in Agia Ana, Naxos.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was perfect. We were delighted to return and find everything was at least as good as before. We stayed in Room 1 (suite). Well designed , stylish and everything was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen area very usable , the air con was efficient and the bathroom and dual shower excellent. Everything you could need. The property is positioned right near the beach and close to a number of really lovely restaurants. The balcony and position meant we enjoyed the best sunsets looking over towards Paros. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Maria and your team.

Very cute, cozy, and close by to the beaches!

The property was very cute, cozy, and comfortable. It is minutes away from the beach and sea, and nearby to many restaurants, cafes, a few shopping attractions, and a bus stop should you want to explore the other towns. Maria the host was very lovely and made our booking easy!

Dream stay in Agia Anna

We had an amazing stay at Naxian Breeze and would have loved to stay longer. With 3 meters to the beach, a super friendly and helpful host, and daily cleaning and refill of coffee and fruits, it’s hard to ask for more…

The suite was perfect for us and our baby but would most likely have been a bit tiny for four people.

Relaxing Stay by the Beach

Perfectly situated near the beach, with plenty of great beachfront restaurants just steps away, this is a wonderful place to stay on Naxos. Maria is a kind and responsive host, always making sure everything is just right. Thoughtful touches, like daily snacks and small gestures of care, added real value and made the stay feel personal and relaxed. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Apartment size Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment - Very small for three adults More suitable for family with small children It’s not two bedroom, it’s one bedroom with a bed in the kitchen that’s leads to a small bathroom So overpriced Two half doors were really unsuitable and annoying The A/C did not cover the other room ie bedroom/kitchen On arrival the owner was a bit put out as she had to wait a short time until we arrived , our ferry was delayed but I made her aware that day on a number of occasions & I did communicate through booking.com that we were in a taxi and enroute

Great location, in front of the beach and close to other beaches. Very clean and pretty inside.

The room was small but cozy, I was by myself in the room so I didn't mind. the host made it feel like home, she provided me with cake and bananas everyday, she also arranged my transportations when in need.

Nothing, maybe air conditioning, but I was mostly out so I didn't mind, except at night, sleeping was kinda hard with the the tumbreture not going below 23.

Lovely boutique hotel - Steps from the beach

The hostess was delightful and very friendly. The restaurant nearby (Santana) was absolutely delicious and walking distance from the hotel. We ate here several times. You could see a little bit of the ocean from our balcony and hear the waves. Though it was off season - the proximity to the beach was wonderful.

The bathroom walls and floor were always wet from the shower steam. It would be dry once the cleaning lady came in the morning to tidy up the room, but would get wet as soon as the shower was used.

Brilliant stay at Naxian Breeze

We loved this hotel!! Amazing location, right on the beach, beautifully decorated and all the facilities you need. The hospitality was exceptional, with free cakes and fruit, water and coffee and the cleaners were amazing too, cleaning and tidying our room every day so it was lovely to come back to after a day at the beach. Maria was a great host, with lots of helpful recommendations and always available to help.

Love it! It was perfect for the four of us because the kids had their own "area" and we have privacy and the balcony was BIG. It was right on the beach!!! perfect.
