The location was great! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. We also had good communication with the front desk when we had unforeseen circumstances.

Wonderful villa. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Host was wonderful and helpful. Beautiful grounds and great villa. Roomy for 4 of us and could have fit a couple more easily with the 3.5 bathrooms. Wish we spent more time actually at the villa but it was so close to the beaches and very convenient bus line around the island. Breakfast was good and plenty of restaurants in the walkable area.

I do prefer onsite laundry facilities (just to make life easier) however the host did provide towels daily, room cleaning as well as beach towels to borrow which was very helpful

Affordable luxury in Naxos

Fantastic location, great pool, villa was perfect for family of 5 adults, rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very hospitable. The gardens are beautiful. They offer beach umbrellas to use and return. They have parking, and our rate included breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a luxury stay with amazing price and fantastic hosting.

Water pressure in shower was very low a d there was some mold in one corner of the shower.

Nice hotel, great pool, very good location

Great location, very close to the beach, supermarket in front of the property. Many restaurants in walking distance, dinner on the beach in the evening. Easy parking facilities behind the property. Host is great, very friendly and good service, daily cleaning. Shared poool is awsome and very relaxing.

The breakfast was poor and no value for money. Some small pastries, some bread and cold cuts and cheese, not what you would call a full breakfast. Better of with buying breakfast stuff at the supermarket yourself.

The whole property has a very relaxing vibe, with plenty of space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The pool was always clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. What stood out the most was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. A truly enjoyable stay that I would happily repeat.

The location could not have been better—just steps away from Agia Anna beach yet still peaceful and quiet. The villa was beautifully decorated in Cycladic style, very clean, and felt spacious and relaxing. Terrible stay in a potentially nice place. And they’ve lied.

It is close to good beaches, supermarket, docks, bus station. It sports a small swimming pool that I never used, but looked ok. It is pretty quiet. And it seems family oriented (most units are villas with several bedrooms, etc)

My experience is based on mistakenly booking the worst room possible -one that should not be offered as accommodation. That is a 12sqm room, with small bed to the wall, really terrible -you can’t even open a suitcase fully anywhere. I’ve booked it by mistake looking at other rooms -my fault. However, with almost three weeks before I wrote to the hotel kindly asking for an upgrade and if not possible, to consider a refund. They’ve explained that it was non-refundable (thank you, but I knew that), but they’ve lied to me that there is a chance to upgrade my room, if someone cancels. THEY’VE LIED! And they did it again when I got there. How do I know they’ve lied: all the other “rooms” are entire villas with several bedrooms, so they’ve kept me hoping for nothing and that’s just dishonest. Plus, that room should not be offered at all, it is not suitable for anybody having decent standards and it ruined part of my holiday. BTW, I was thinking to just drop it, consider it a loss and looked for something else: I found several much better options in the area and cheaper, on the spot. This was 840€ for 6 nights…

No luxury at the Naxian Queen.

The location in Agia Anna is convenient and we enjoyed having a pool. The staff is friendly.

To call this place luxury is a joke. No beach towels and our room hadn’t been updated for a very long time. The beds were extremely hard. For the money I expect a better standard.

Misleading photos on booking advertisement.

Where do I start? We were so disappointed when we arrived at this property. Firstly, if you are booking this property be super careful to check the photos of the individual villas rather than the general photos on the main property listing on booking.com. We were expecting to get a high quality, clean, spacious, villa in a great location, we got the opposite. We had a private jacuzzi - it was dirty from the previous guests. None of the bathrooms had locks on the doors. The toilet was dirty. The sheets on the beds were not properly cleaned (one had blood on it). Our "view" was a building site. The manager didn't want to hear our concerns, couldn't care less actually. He walked away while my wife was talking to him. We didn't try the breakfast due to the poor condition of the property. It was so bad we checked out a day early to return to Athens - and this was the best decision we made on this holiday.

Perfect in every way. We would love to return.

Absolutely loved everything about the stay. The 3 bed villa was beautiful, lots of space, extremely comfy beds and all en-suite rooms. The roof top hot tub was a bonus too. Everything was spotless in the villa and it was cleaned daily if required. The pool area was fantastic with the comfiest sun loungers I’ve ever had. The breakfast was good and great value for money. A two minute walk to the beach and tavernas and restaurants was the icing on the cake.

My only suggestion would be to provide a few more bits of basic equipment for the kitchen eg chopping board. Washing up bowl.
