Nivius Boutique Houses

This place was super clean, fresh, and new. You could tell a lot of care went into it. The hostess took care of every little detail and made sure we had everything we needed. Location-wise, it’s a short walk to an amazing local bakery, and Plaka is nearby and beautiful. Perfect for a couple looking to relax and unwind. One tip for future guests: a car is helpful to get around and make the most of the area.

Honestly nothing, we loved our stay. The only thing could be the dirt road leading up to the house is a bit bumpy.

Die Lage war nicht ganz optimal, da schottriger Weg zu Fuß über den Strand doch 20 Minuten bis Plaka Restaurants, Busstop etc...

We had. Great stay here. The place is brand new and had just about everything we needed. The host was super responsive and gave us all we needed to arrive safely and get settled quickly. Beach is also a short walk if you get tired of the private pool!

We had a wonderful stay at Nivius Boutique Houses in Naxos. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal—just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Plaka Beach. The amenities were excellent, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home. A special mention goes to Myrto, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available, either in person or just a message away, and went above and beyond to assist us—even providing a cool bag for our day trips, which was such a thoughtful touch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Nivius Boutique Houses to anyone visiting Naxos.
