Avas Palm Villas by Aegean Breeze Lagoon-Style Shared Pool

The entire place is very well maintained and the apartment perfectly suited our needs. An excellent place to relax and recharge.

The only thing missing was for it to be clearer on the booking platform that the reception and office are located in the city and not next to the complex.

Location is good, close to the beach and only 15-20 minutes from villages, Hawaii beach and Naxos Centre if you have a car. Pool and gardens are beautiful and clean and well maintained.

The lack of communication from the management company was not great. I only asked one question about the buses in to Naxos and didn’t get a reply. Also don’t use the care hire company they offer. It’s really terrible and we had numerous issues with them. The split level of the property (over four floors) and the lack of en-suite for the main bedroom or even bathroom on the same floor is not great. For this type of property and price I would really expect this. The cleaning lady was lovely but she wasn’t the best cleaner. Some of the outside furniture was damaged or broken which is not what I expected for the money I paid.

Zufahrt ist sehr leicht zu Übersehen Gehweg zum Meer könnte beschildert werden, es ist abends nicht gut auf der stark befahrenen Straße nach Hause zu gehen.
