About this house rental
A bright, airy, cycladic inspired villa situated in a very peaceful area of Plaka alongside quaint churches. Aside from the fully equip kitchen the villa is ideally designed for al fresco living with multiple verandahs, BBQ, selection of outdoor furnishings, private swimming pool and the ultimate in luxury with a top of the line spacious roof top jacuzzi. This large home boasts 4 large bedrooms each with closet and 3 bathrooms. The home boasts both stunning mountain and sea views.
Large doors and windows welcome the cool breeze and and invite the calming views of the surrounding countryside. An easy 11min walk to the famous beach of Plaka. Here there is also a bus stop or alternatively we recommend renting a car for ease of movement (8km to town 4km to the airport) and the flexibilty to access the diverse villages and landmarks of the island.

We had an amazing time at this fabulous property in Naxos. The communication was excellent. We were met at the rental and everything was explained in detail. The house was gorgeous and well equipped. We loved the hot tub on the roof! We asked for a late check out last minute and they were able to accommodate us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Although it’s close to the beach you really can’t walk due to the curvy roads and lack of sidewalks. Plenty of parking by the beach though. The maids came every couple of days and took the trash and brought towels. Very nice!! Don’t hesitate to book this lovely home!

My family, including two kids under 2, stayed at Villa Matina for a week. A beautiful property (landscaping is really something!). The pool and roof top were used daily, and made the stay special. Our girls were able to pick fresh vegetables from the garden as well. Note that the location is best served by a car, and the walk to the beach is short but at times harrowing with kiddos.

From check in to check out it couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect, the home is beautiful, with a private pool, hot tub on the roof and wonderful sunset views. Our hosts could not have been nicer and easier to communicate with throughout. Clean, well appointed - so nice!

So much to see on Naxos but this villa was so nice it was hard to leave. Pool, hot tub, great views, lovely landscaping. Well stocked Kitchen and outside grill allowed us to cook several meals there. Close to everything. Quick trip to town, supermarket or beach. Property owner very responsive to every request. Great gathering places for all 8 in our party or quiet little nooks to get away and read. This place should be on everybody's choice list.
