Martineli Residence - A Beachfront Estate

The location is amazing and so is the residence.Beautifully designed and decorated,the house is extremely comfortable with many rooms and independent terrasses which offer privacy.At the same time there is a strong feeling of "being at home".We had a wonderful family holiday ,beyond our expectations ,and are thankfull to Nikos for his very warm hospitality and for his good advices.We all look forward to our next visit.

The house is very comfortable for two families (we were 9 people). It boasts impressive sea views which can be enjoyed from the number of different balconies and windows, as well as a protected from the wind kiosk outside the house with a large double bed and comfy cushions. The property and gardens are very well maintained. The house itself is uniquely decorated and is fully equiped.. Nothing was missing, It was a home away from home but with added extras such as the pool table, the tennis court and the gym where we enjoyed games of table tennis. Those of us who were more athletic also used the gym equipment which was in very good condition. The beach is just a few steps down next to the picturesque harbour. We didn't go to the more private beach at the other end of the property due to the difficult access but it looked beautiful too. Staying at Martineli Residence definitely made our holiday in Paros one to remember. It brought the two families together with many joint activities but also had enough space for people to retire and be by themselves if they so wished. The owner, Nicos, was very polite, accommodating and unobtrusive. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely villa. We had an amazing time and will definitely return!

We were two families with teenage children staying in Paros together and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was even better than the photos. The estate, spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, views from the many patio spaces, and amenities were all fabulous. Nikos was the most hospitable host we have ever encountered! He was always available to answer questions, give recommendations for activities and even make dinner reservations at the best tables at the best restaurants! We were so lucky to find this special place and would highly recommend it to others visiting Paros!
