Although it’s in an older area the location is amazing with direct access to the beach. It has a nice sitting area with bean bag chairs around the pool.

Staff were hard to warm up to at first. The first room was a super tiny room which we could barely fit our bags in it was highly disappointing. It was supposed to be an ocean view room but was a tiny corner view room of the ocean that also overlooked the adjoining hotels pool and dining area. I did speak with the desk lady and she rectified it with an upgrade on the following night. We also then extended our stay by two additional nights. We loved Naxos, it’s a beautiful Island. But you 100% need a car. We rented a car a scooter and a buggy. Bartender made incredible drinks but they were so expensive that we only had two drinks each. The bar area also closed before 9pm every night. Would we stay at that hotel again probably not unless we booked the rooftop hot tub room. That was the upgrade.

Great location right next to the beach! The breakfast was good. There are sunbeds on the beach you can use for free (the section in the back).

The only positive aspects of this hotel were its location and the fact that it is pet-friendly.

My partner and I booked what they advertised as their “best” room – with a terrace, jacuzzi, and sea view – but the reality was far from what the photos on their website suggest. The room is in serious need of renovation, the furniture was worn-out and dirty, and the jacuzzi was completely yellow and not suitable for use. The promotional images are highly misleading. We have travelled across Mykonos, Milos, Santorini, Paros, and Naxos, and in this price range, this hotel was by far the biggest disappointment. We only mentioned the issues upon checkout, as it was obvious that the situation could not be fixed – it was not a matter of a technical fault, but of overall wear and tear combined with deceptive advertising through heavily enhanced photos. We chose not to waste our holiday arguing, knowing they could not deliver what they promised. I am leaving this review to warn future guests to have realistic expectations about what they are booking.
