Fabulous and cosy stay with everything you needed!

Nick showed us around initially which was lovely and it had everything we needed for a one night stopover, Nick even popped the heating as he knew what time we were coming back so it was super cosy, slept well, and loved the trains passing, we normally get owls etc at home, so nice to hear something different! We will definitely return if just two of us visit Weston , thanks, Lisa and Dex

Fabulously friendly hosts, immaculately clean and very well equipped room.

It being close to the rail track could put some people off but I have to admit, it didn’t bother or disturb myself and my daughter at all.

Everything! We've stayed here before so knew the property was great for us. We were working in Weston at the half marathon and didn't want to stay in WSM so this is perfect. There are local buses and trains into WSM. There is a retail park with plenty of shops about 20 mins walk away and a few good pubs for food - we recommend the Summerhouse and the Sizzling pub a short drive away. The room is clean and comfortable and has everything we could need. The little heater was already on for us so the room was lovely and warm. Tea and coffee are provided and milk too. Anna and Nick are both very friendly and helpful.

Nothing! No doubt we will be back for a third time soon!

This offered full autonomy, off road parking and easy access to the motorway even a choice of dining within easy walking distance. The small fridge was an asset considering I called at a major supermarket in W/S/Mare before traveling to the property.

Great location for what we needed the host was lovely, although it was close to a railway line, noise was not a problem. Comfortable, cosy, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and will definitely book again should we be in the area. Thankyou so so much Anna

Small & Perfectly Formed!

I booked The Engine Shed for a stopover on a long journey and it was absolutely perfect. It had everything I needed and it's close to the M5 so I didn't need to get up too early to carry on travelling, which meant I could have a lie-in in the very comfy bed. There's a note in the info about the railway line and yes, it's close to the line, but after the first couple of trains went past I hardly noticed them again and they certainly didn't keep me awake.

I use the engine shed numerous times it is clean compact but lacking nothing is a good location for surrounding area with station and buses a walkway Anna and Nick have a very comfy place for staying the table and chairs outside are so well thought as very nice to sit on a good evening

This is central and just down the road from our dad and good value for money will be even better on a nice day as it is in a lovely little garden to sit and pass the time away nice looking pub just a quick walk away could not ask for better Anna and nicks hospitality and great nights sleep

The property was cozy, clean & comfortable. Within close walking distance to the Woolpack Inn where we were attending a family “Celebration of Life”. Included car parking facilities. The owners were extremely helpful.

Lovely, self contained, clean and comfy.. Nice little seating area outside which would have been great if I didn't visit in January 😅 It's right next to the railway line but I never found the trains a problem

Enjoyable and met my needs.

Gracious host, the information sent to me prior to arrival was good and gave me a positive feeling about my booking. The 'Engine Shed' is a little gem with good facilities and we found it quiet and tranquil even if the host was honest in decllaring it was near to a main railway line; I did not find this an issue although I like trains.

Nothing really. The unavailability of breakfast is understandeable given this arrangement, but my preference/need for early food was readily satisfied by the Woolpack Farm Shop nearby.

The Engine Shed (Little Shedio)

Hosts were helpful. Private, cosy, ideal location to drive to sight seeing areas. Memorable little Shedio as we called it. Trains stop by midnight so you get a good night's sleep.

Advise not to flush Toilet in the night, it's louder than the trains and will wake anyone sleeping lol 😴 The Nearest place to eat is the Woolpack. Nothing to do with the accommodation, but you have to book. We didn't know this so we arrived excited for dinner and left as they were fully booked! Ended up ordering a McDonalds from Just Eat. Please be aware if you want to eat at the woolpack you HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE! It smelt delicious too 😋
