Lovely quiet spot but overpriced for a camping facility with no kitchen

Lovely cabins and quiet location.

Kitchen facilities inadequate. In request left a tiny kettle but had to boil the water in the rain as that was the only plug available. Outdoor table also all wet as the roof barely overhangs the seats. Plugs inside the cabin used for light and heating so essentially no plug available for personal use, unless you forego the light or heating. With the cost of bedding - which is not included in the cost would have been better off in a proper hotel. Lovely if weather is sunny and you have your own stove n pots to prepare food if you want something hot

Cute campsite in nice wooded area not too far off great glen way

Nice warm pod. Has elec but only 2 outlets—1 for light, 1 for heater, 0 for phone—so charge phone while sleeping! Mattress was very narrow and kept falling off the platform. Kitchen is only an outdoor sink but nice outdoor pavilion for eating if you’re cooking outside. Bathrooms/shower very clean and hot water.

slightly pricy but lovely and convenient stop over close to Inverness (yet nestled in the woods).

it was lovely that there was a kettle and a fridge as well as a sink for washing up. we expected to need a camping stove and didn't need to go out of our way to buy fuel. the most excellent thing about this accommodation is it's location- easy access to all Inverness area amenities but out of the city. for that alone, I would recommend it to anyone. the pods and accommodation are generally delightful.

the price for the accommodation feels a little steep- camping is lovely but the price was comparable to a hotel, and the price for bedding and towel kits is excessive. This feels and functions like a lovely hostel and it would make sense to price accordingly.

Comfortable camping perfect for overnight stay

Really well set up and peaceful location, excellent semi rural location with nice BBQ and seating area. Rope swing was a nice touch for kids and the chalked name signs on the individual pods.

We would have liked more obvious signs to the campsite.

One of the greatest places we have stayed at!!!

The location was superb! The pods very comfy, spacious and clean. Was expecting it to be cold at night, however the little radiator made the pod very warm, very quickly and the heat was maintained inside.Calm!! Very welcoming! We didn't even want to come back home! The energy there is amazing. It is truly a special place. Will definitely visit again as soon as we have the chance to do so. Bathrooms are very clean and have hot water.

Everything was perfect, however in order for the showers to work, you have to press the shower knob every 15 seconds. It would be great if the time would be at least a minute before having to press the knob again.

The site was clean and the location was ok, some maintenance in the showers was needed and couldn't open our window in the pod to get some air flow

Clean, comfy pods, perfect for a budget family stay to explore Loch Ness or local festivals.

We loved the location for Belladrum. The campsite was quiet with families rather than groups. The roads around the campsite were quiet giving us easy access to the festival. The pod was clean and warm. The mattresses were better than we expected. Not a typical camping mattress. The bathrooms had little baskets of toiletries for things you may have forgotten.

It was peaceful and quiet The pod was clean and tidy They had all the amenities that are needed, (his and her showers/toilets, washing up area) The personal touch with the named board

The pods were situated too close to each other (I prefer my own space and privacy) we were unable to park the car next to the pod (although some you could)

Camping pod heaven

Even tho we only stayed the one night as we were passing through it was a perfect place to stay.. everything we needed was on site and was very clean and tidy and the pod was comfortable and warm. We have saved camping pod heaven to our favourite list and when we come back up to Scotland we will definitely be staying here again

Cool place for an adventurous families <3

Lovely hosts, very clean accommodating place. I would like you to add that visitors can use come of your mugs and plates as we wish we didn't overpack. The mattress was very comfy especially for someone like me who suffers from sciatica. The nature surrounding the building is smoothing and absolutely beautiful. The pod is very warm and quite specious. I just wish you had a small playground in the garden - with a fence ;) It will let parents to relax and have a picnic in peace ;) Its cool place for an adventurous families !

Lovely, clean and quaint

Super peaceful and remote stay, very quiet and quaint. Lovely to hear the bird song in the morning. Everyone else staying was very respectful and the facilities were clean and spacious especially for a camping place.

I can't wait to return.

Perfect location, peaceful and tranquil. We were visited by 6 deer on Sunday morning which was just beautiful. Loved the communal eating area and bbq. Lovely basic play area that kept the kids entertained for hours. Showers and toilets were clean and warm. Pods were clean and tidy and the mattresses supplied were very comfy.

Higher wattage needed in the pods.

Beautiful Peaceful retreat in the woods

The campsite was a really beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We were only here for one night because we were walking The Great Glen Way but would have been very happy to have stayed longer. The pod was spacious and clean and the shower block was absolutely spotless. If you're looking for somewhere to get away to from everything, this is the place to be.

It was a very peacefu woodlandl location. Loch Ness nearby. The pod was very clean. Facilities were very well maintained and very clean The owner is lovely. I want to stay there again for a much longer stay. The mattresses provided are comfortable, and the pod is warm there's a heater and a lamp.

A pure gem of a camping pod.

This is a pure gem of a camping pod hidden in a quiet woodland perfect for outdoor activities, close to Loch Ness Cruises. The toilets and showers were spotless. I would highly recommend this campsite and I would certainly stay here again as I really liked it.
