Great value for money in a central location. Trudi was lovely and so obliging. Lovely hot breakfast, comfy bed and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

No parking, but knew that beforehand, so not an issue. Regardless, the lady in the place was most helpful, and by paying for the remaining 'paid-parking' hour i got a parking space on the street directly outside regardless. Very hard to be critical of this place as it ticked all the boxes, and was excellend vfm.

Small bedroom window. Hard to be critical of anything else, given that they gave me what they advertised. If i was looking for 4/5-star; i wouldn;t have stayed here.

I'd make a point of going back, as ambience was excellent.

Breakfast was 100 % served by an attentive and warm proprietress . Location was excellent. I was attending a function, which took less than 5 minutes to reach, from Ashleigh House. So, no stress, nor worry in being caught in traffic and being late. The shower was awesome, once I realised which one was water flow and which one was temperature.

I couldn't give a negative comment, even if I tried. The venue suited me to the ground , enjoyed my time there. I had the key to the front door and could come and go as I wanted. Independence, just like a home away from home.

The location was perfect. A little drive to get us out of Dublin on our first day in Ireland. Easy to find and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the owners delightful.
