Clean and tidy in a nice location.
The electric worked off a £1 meter system (which is NOT mentioned on Booking.com) and the WiFi is NOT free! If these had been mentioned I would have made a more informed decision regarding where to book! I have a Son with emphysema so needed the heating on and it is not even so much about having to pay for energy more the challenge of finding a local shop that will give you a decent amount of coinage in a digital era! I raised this with the owners by email but am still awaiting a response 2 weeks on. Great customer service!!!!

It was nice to have a bath mat for the shower which most holiday places dont bother with. The sofas were a nice size.
Im struggling for anything else.
We arrived during freezing temperatures, icy roads just before snow fell. There was no heating switched on .. given the weather would have been thoughtful. A small heater in living room finally took the chill off by the time we went to bed! Not before the £1 coin electric meter had already run out twice! The first after an hour of arriving.
Barely any phone signal and you have to pay around £15 a week for 3 devices for wifi. We didnt bother as trying to find the £1 coins was enough of a scam.
Not quite sure why 1 small property also needs so many external doors?!
It is all very small narrow lanes to the property which was fine until between the jamaica inn and property we found one with breached rivers at the start of storm goretti, very nearly getting stuck on the flooded road, so be aware of diversions if relying on sat nav. That night followed a 5 hour power cut!
Apparently somewhere hidden on the advert it says about the £1 coin electric and wifi costs but both me and the friend we were visiting couldnt find it.

Everything! The location was really lovely, quiet and overlooking the stream and open fields at the back. The estate grounds were beautiful with a lovely walk around the lake and access to the woods and beyond - our dog loved it. The accommodation was spacious, light and tastefully decorated (if a little tired). Some refurbishment is required but in no way did this impact on the enjoyment of our stay here. The grounds of the holiday village were really well maintained. The owners were so friendly and helpful. If anything is wrong they deal with it straight away.
Dog hairs on the toilet pedestal but as soon as we reported it was dealt with immediately.

Quiet beautifully kept site. Lovely walks through the woods for the dog. Excellently placed for exploring Cornwall.
Towels not provided and no hairdryer.

Stayed in April, good location close to Liskeard it was nice and quiet, bungalow backs onto a stream with fields with sheep and baby lambs and outside bench, beds were comfy, it felt spacious and the price was great, we had a good time with family and the dogs.
No complaints really, there’s some extra costs involved which you might get for free elsewhere although the electric meter must have been less than £10 for the week, WiFi I believe was around £15 for the week for three devices not too bad.

The peace and quiet of it. Just perfect all round. Altho I would recommend having a car.

Easy to find, a warm welcome from staff.
Very comfortable and nice views from the property.
Site nicely maintained, really enjoyed walking up to the manor gardens as we’d stayed there many years ago. Lovely to see it all again.
Electric meter, we only put £2 in for two nights and forgot there were no towels.
