Great value for money.

Property matches pictures and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The mini hamper was an appreciated extra considering the cost. Difficult to find any fault in this experience.

The only issue we had during the whole week was the tv had a tendency to go unresponsive occasionally.

A bit disappointed

Good location and central for travel

Not very clean inside or out . Smelt really damp and mould on dining room ceiling. No vacuum to clean up, bath deep for getting into. Didn’t look like photo a the whole property needs attention. Last of all couldn’t sit outside in the sun as no shade at all

Loved are stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left only down side was a leak outside the property so the shower had no pressure but that didn't stop us

It was quiet

Nothing near by the pub on site had been shut for months but was advertised as being open. Nothing within easy walking distance and the roads around there was to dangerous to walk on safely due to no footpaths. Had to use the car all the time. The property itself needed modernising. There was a bad smell when we first entered which was a filthy waste bin the cooker wasn't very clean and we had to wash the pots before use due to being covered in food splashes. Beds were fine.

Realy good location and setting,comfortable and clean in all aspects.only downfall was the bath being a deep one with no grab handles which can cause a few problems with elderly or infirm and oven not clean

It was very clean and lots of space . With the heaters on it was lovely and warm . It was lovely and peaceful . On arrival there was a basket filled with eggs , bread , butter , biscuits , Jam etc . This was a lovely gesture . The owners couldn’t do enough .Would definitely recommend and would stay again . Beautiful views and walks.

Exceptional

Everything was super! Perfect to stay while I visit my family in Cornwall! I have two dogs and we all felt at home! Everything was clean, and after a long drive there, there were essential groceries such as milk, egg, bread, coffee and tea! Even dog bowls for the poochies! Never stayed in Cornwall as a tourist but really enjoyed my stay!

Location was great, dog friendly, bed's very comfortable, very clean, curtains are all black out ones so no being woken up early by the sun shining in, the welcome basket was an added bonus and much appreciated.

Smoke alarm not working, rug needs non slip strip's as slides easily on floor.

Really good welcome basket of all the essentials and even some treats for the dog. Lovely small holiday park. Very quiet. Found a lovely wooded dog walk just a few minutes walk away.

We could have done with a few more cooking utensils, potato masher and wooden spoon. Other than that, we had a very good stay, thank you.
