It was very enjoyable and the accommodation was better than we thought it would be.

Friendly and helpful staff when we had a problem. The home that we stayed in was in a lovely location.

Many hidden costs.

The property was on a holiday complex which was fairly quiet during the week, but got much busier on a weekend at the end of May. There were a few walks that you could do from the bungalow, providing you don’t mind walking along country lanes.The property was clean and fairly well maintained.

Where to start? The free internet, wasn’t free, you had to pay £15.00 for a week’s use for three devices, to add insult to injury the connection wasn’t very good. The electric was supplied through a slot meter, which took £1.00 coins, which as we didn’t have any for warning that we would have to pay for the electricity, we didn’t have any pound coins and didn’t realise we needed them, until the power went off. In addition if you wanted towels, you had to pay extra, £5.00 per person for a st of towels . Having paid nearly £500 for a week, it felt that the owners were out to maximise their income by charging extra for things that were included in the price in other properties we have stayed in. Booking.com agreed and refunded me £74.00 after my complaint to them about the extra charges during our stay.

Not satisfied.

Location is great. Hpuse cleanliness and facilities in kitchen and bed room are good.

Surprise prices. In bookings.com it shows free wifi but they were charging for wifi which is not having proper signals. The worst part is we have to pay money for electricity also for the period we use. We can't even take shower without electricity. Which was really surprising. There is no mobile signal at the location. Dont plan in winter as the heaters are not proper there is a burning smell when it is on.

Disappointing

The sight looked tidy .

No compromise or understanding for my situation . Not even a partial refund was offered even though I stayed one night out of four. Unaware had to pay for WiFi and electric . WiFi did not work . No phone signal however I know this is unavoidable in some areas . Heater in trevano chalet bedroom was coming off wall .
