Can't wait to return in the summer.
The location was great and close to the Eden Project. Although it was wet, the dogs and I loved the walked to Par Beach passed the duck pond. The coop at the bottom of the lane was an added bonus. The garden in the property was wonderful, and we can't wait to return to use the firepit. The kitchen was a great size for gathering, and the younger ones enjoyed the loft space. The house was extremely clean and comfortable.
    The English weather!

House very dirty and in a state of disrepair, not at all like the photo's on the website.
    Good location for exploring Cornwall.
Accommodation in a poor state and extremely dirty: - garden area broken and dirty furniture, not able to use, dirty bbq, rusty unusable bbq tools, broken dirty decking area ~carpets and floors dirty in the house, food on floor in kitchen ~furniture dirty, cobwebs, broken items eg bathroom towel rail ~balcony area (from bedroom) really dirty, door broken - could not be locked ~lack of items as listed on internet - no toilet roll, no toiletries, no milk etc ~kitchen utensils not clean, rusty pan ~broken window in one bedroom. Reported this on day 1; spoke to host day 3; cleaner sent on day 4 to part clean but far too late as we were leaving the day after and much of this could not be repaired/ sorted quickly. Would not recommend.

Fantastic period Property in a great location with a magnificent garden. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The property was fantastic with some nice period features. The garden was amazing loads of space for everyone.
Bathroom facilities were a little limited for the number of guests with no toilet on the ground floor. It wasn’t an issue for us but it would be useful to have a floor plan available to view prior to booking.

    Promising but proved disappointing.
Ideal size for for our family group. Situated ideally for travel to nearby resorts. Well equipped kitchen, useful washing machine.
Old sash windows painted closed unable to ventilate property sufficiently. (Bathroom windows only ones able to open.) Obviously a long term problem as mould and damp smelling in almost all rooms. Proved to be an issue with two asthmatics in family, who began struggling with chests and resorting to inhalers. Also travelled with 2 month old baby, so additional worry for her well being. Numerous door handless problematic, one fell apart and had to be repaired one bathroom door seized leaving people trapped .

cold and a bit damp .. weather was inclement , but no way to put heating on that we could see, its an old house .. so expected it to be a little colder , that funny tine of year before winter but after summer warmth.

It was a wonderful time spent with friends, in a beautiful home, in a private slice of paradise.
Great home, with a large kitchen that we could all gather around for our meals. Beds were comfy, showers relaxing (and full of hot water), and an awesome upstairs lounge that we all could share a movie in! Brilliant!
There was nothing to dislike. The place is wonderful, and none of the 7 of us would change a thing!
