Girls trip!

The barn is spacious with plenty of living space and bathrooms for a group of 10 people. The location is rural but easy to find with very clear instructions from the owners and wonderfully peaceful when you get there. Great outside space, huge living room, facilities are great in the kitchen and bathrooms (loads of towels provided!) and even a utility room too. The barn has a lovely, authentic feel and the working farm around it is lovely to see. We all fell in love with Basil the collie who came to say hello through the gates!

Most of us found the sprung mattresses on the beds a little uncomfortable, it would have been a perfect stay if the beds were super comfy as well.

A country retreat near to beaches and interesting places as well. Property roomy and well equiped.

The location was lovely, quiet countryside with horses as neighbours one side and a bakery and farm next door, however just a short ride took you to many places of interest and beaches. so ideal. The barn was spacious, we were a group of 8 adults, one toddler and dogs were welcome. It was well equiped for home catering which we did all week as we were a bit nervous going in anywhere. It was lovely having the bakery next door and they even did a lovely coffee and walnut cake for my husbands birthday!

The BBQ could be upgraded, one jet broken and the second jet we managed to clean and get working but anything substantial like a chicken would need something more powerful temperature wise. The fence in the back garden is just rails and therefore the dogs could easily get through into the horses next door. This effectively meant the back was a no-go area for us but it was lovely with a patio table and the BBQ. Thankfully the front courtyard was secure and the dogs could run free there. There were also chairs and tables to sit round out there too.
