The property was well maintained and staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was very good and the area is maintained very neat and clean only issue was with internet keeps disconnecting .. rest all was good had nice stay

Lovely holiday visiting family

We love coming back time and time again to Par visiting family and your caravans are just wonderful your staff are friendly and always on hand.The caravan was lovely and we loved that we had 2 toilets loads of room for our family. We love the swimming pool and the freedom to just be near a wonderful beach Thank you again for a lovely stay see you again soon.

We don't have a bad word to say but if we did have to say anything my children say bigger single beds and the swimming pool open longer

Cafe wouldn't take cash ( so wrong as it's legal tender) Pool very small for the site. Not a lot there. Good as a touring base. Site workers pulling up early in morning with radio blasting. ( Caravan next to pound). Not a lot in village itself.

Very disappointing would not recommend

The mobile home was adequate, fairly well equipped but there was no furniture to sit on outside. It didn’t have a deck but at least a few chairs and a table to sit outside on given the good weather would have been nice!

Totally misleading information on booking. We booked this property on account of the pool which was only open from 10 until 3 for non owners - so it was open too late to visit when you were doing a day trip and closed too early for you to get back. Likewise the restaurant was only open for limited hours, none of this was stated on the booking information. The beach was not cleaned which we were told was part of wildlife area but the large pottery works factory at the far end of the beach was very off putting. We were told all the opening hours were changing the following week but that’s m it much use when our holiday is over

Shocking

Close to places we planned visiting. Property was clean. Nice idea to leave couple of essentials for visitors until they shop. As for utensils etc, everything we needed was available to us.

Main bedroom very small, hardly enough room at side of bed to get in. One side also had a radiator to contend with while trying to get into bed. Used Par cafe onsite, end of holiday, absolutely shocking! I had a light cooked breakfast my husband had a full breakfast, when brought to our table I looked in amazement, hardly any difference! I said to my husband, you're mushrooms are missing, he moved his wafer thin black pudding and there underneath were 4 slices of frazzled mushrooms, inedible!!! Toast wasn't buttered as stated on menu. Cost £25.00 which included 2 teas. Yes I should have complained at the cafe, to be honest I was shocked I thought leave it, but on checking out I mentioned it there, I was assured problem would be passed onto management.

Really nice site, well maintained grounds

A really nice site, not too big, wasn't noisy. Had a nice pool on site & a cafe. Close to buses & train station.

Sheets in the main bedroom hadn't been changed at all. 6 or more long thick black hair extensions in the bed & grass at the foot of the bed. Also I booked a swim one night but when I went at the time I'd booked for no one had booked me in & it was fully booked so missed my swim.

Very good location close to the beach, close to restaurants, very clean throughout the park.

The rooms smelled of dogs and there was dog hair on the beds, there must have been someone with dogs before us, they could rent caravans to people without pets that didn't have dogs, for example.

A relaxing and well-equipped coastal getaway in a perfect spot to explore Cornwall

We had a fantastic stay at Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views incredibly easy and enjoyable. It’s also perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall, with the Eden Project just minutes away and loads of other interesting places within easy reach. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We really appreciated the extra duvet, especially on the cooler nights. The kitchen facilities were a real bonus—everything we needed was there, from cookware to utensils, which made self-catering super easy. One thing we didn’t plan for—but will next time—is the on-site amenities. There’s a small swimming pool, which looked great for a dip, so we’ll definitely be packing our swimwear on our next visit. Also, the park has a tennis court, so bringing our tennis kits will be a must too. All in all, it’s a peaceful, well-located spot with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Already looking forward to the next trip!

Can’t really complain much with what we had—it was a great stay overall. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be the addition of a washing machine in the accommodation. It’s not a big deal for short stays, but for longer visits, it would be super convenient to wash daily clothes without needing to head out. Just a nice-to-have that would make a great place even better.

Great location, so close to loads of local attractions. Also close to local convenience shop if you need last minute supplies. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The static was clean and warm, the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The place was a bit bare, but that wasn't a major issue. The mattress wasn't amazing, but it wasn't terrible. Maybe my fault, but I didn't realize that towels weren't provided, but you can either buy some from reception (£15 for two towels) or in The Range next to Par market complex down the road.

One of the main reasons we booked is because of the pool. It was closed for the whole time! Kids were really disappointed as they were really looking forward to it. We could have booked somewhere else for cheaper if we knew that.

Amazing site,beautiful surroundings. Staff were so friendly. Courtesy call morning after first night to check we were OK!. Clean caravan. Beautiful little touches of cleaning pack and smellies. The beach right over the road is stunning, a lovely pond with lots of ducks,geese, and swans. The play park is just right,my daughter loved it. Perfect t location for eden project only 4 miles away. Myself and my daughter were there to see Yungblud at Eden sessions and we are already waiting for next year's line up to book again to stay at par Sands!

Relaxing holiday

Lovely caravan, lovely location next to a lake full of geese! Lots of wildlife and beach right on the doorstep.

Pool was only available at certain times which if you're busy on days out didn't fit in. If we had been there for a longer holiday I'm sure we would have used it but as we were only there for 2 nights we didn't get to use it.
