The house is bright and homely with lovely views. Most of the house feels spacious and airy. The garden is fabulous.
Cleanliness can be improved. The house needs a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Garden not secure for a dog, a few small niggles with opening and closing of gates and back door, . A dishwasher and washing machine would be helpful.
