Great location if you like rural,peace and quiet.Beautiful scenery.
When arrived thought we were in Stable,however was given Lakeside view 2 villa Very nice but extremely cold.Great views and very quiet.
The electric was not in with the price,so be aware even thou we were very careful with the heating,cost alot for 21days.. More than what we paid monthly on our house.

Lovely place a few cob-web's but other than that it was clean and tidy and in a beautiful location

Unexpected surcharges, damp, uncomfortable!
The kitchen is clean & modern & has good appliances - apart from the fridge (desperately in need of defrosting). Most of our food was ruined, which normally wouldn't have mattered as we were expecting to be eating out in the Village Inn most evenings. I checked well in advance that the Village Inn would be open (due to current restrictions). It was clearly stated that the Village Inn would be open!!!!!!!!
The Stable is an unpleasant place to stay. I really don't like unexpected surcharges! If I knew I was going to be charged for towels & electricity there is no way I would have booked! The Stable is very, very uncomfortable!!!!! It is damp, the mattresses are very old & worn & really, really, totally , impossibly uncomfortable!!!!!! The sofas are impossible to relax on! If you don't like showering this place is perfect! BUT if you do like keeping yourself clean & groomed, you don't stand a chance - the one bathroom & toilet is vile! Not surprisingly they don't show a picture of it! The master bedroom is surrounded by the car park. Comings & goings ensure little sleep!

The bathroom is in need of a update and internet connection is very poor.
