Following our last poor getaway, we needed a pick me up.
This was it.
Lovely area, property and a very helpful owner in John.
Look forward to returning at some point in the future.

Self contained so no comment about breakfasts. Clean. Flowers on arrival. Lovely stone cottage.
Some better maintenance required e.g. microwave, bathroom door scraping. Not close to any town facilities, pubs, coffee shops etc. Central heating noisy. Wood for the fire not supplied, and sign saying that the wood that was there was just for decoration was daft. Tight space to get in car though the gates and turn around. Bunks downstares difficult to access - just normal beds would be better. Folder of local information very tatty and old.
