Just Perfect

It was the perfect accomodation for us. This is the place i will stay when i back to Kotor again. The cleaning, location of the house, hospitality of house owner and the view of the balcony, everything about this place is like dream. If you are checking this place, do a reservation right now. No need to search another one trust me. So, many thanks to Zoran for his hospitality and for that dream house. May the bow be clear, captain 👍

30 mins to walk and 5 mins to drive to old town. It has private parking lot. Best view of Kotor Bay. Clean and perfect design.

Excellent location! Beautiful view

Zoran was warm and friendly. We loved the place and the view. Our favourite part was jumping into the sea right outside the apartment. Zoran also helped us save money on parking by guiding us to a free parking lot close to old town.

Great time on the Bay.

Zoran picked us up and took us back to the bus station on arrival/departure, a most wonderful, welcoming gesture. The apartment was very clean and complete, and everything you might need was there. The view was outstanding, and the opportunity to have a swim only 30 paces away was superb.

At first, the apartment seemed remote. A 35-minute walk to the Old Town seemed daunting, but in fact, it was a joy, and the bus, when it came, was fun. Timing for the bus back to the apartment was erratic, to say the least.

Amazing experience, would definitely recommend

Had a great view on the gulf. Everything you might need: full kitchen, awesome terrace, good bed, big space. The host - one amazing guy - can get you hooked on everything: you want a boat trip to blue caves, pick up in front yard? Hes your man. You want a scooter for fast traveling, or to rent a kayak? Just say the word, he got you.

Fabulous apartment with a lovely view of the Bay of Kotor

Spacious living room and terrace, own parking space separated from the main road. This is a relatively quiet and peaceful area around the lake, 1 minute to the pier for boat trip/swimming/paddleboarding. Easy to get around, convenience shop within walking distance. The landlord Mr Zoran is very kind and responsive. Highly recommended for family and friends.

In one word: Perfect!

The view was stunning, towards the bay - just like the pictures show!! The apartment have all facilities you need (kitchen was perfectly equipped) and has air condition in both main rooms (vital for Summer, as temperatures were around 37 degrees outside). The terrace its perfect for a private dinner as well. The owner is very helpful, giving advise on an excellent restaurant and facilitating the arranging of our boat trip around the bay. In front of the apartment you also have a small beach, perfect for morning swims! 10/10 rating, fully recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in brand new apartment Jankovic. This is our third time to come to Jankovic apartments, but this new one is amazing! Location is fantastic! Private parking space is available, with garage. There is very nice and modern kitchen in the apartment, wi-fi internet is very fast. View from the balcony, ovelooking the sea is gorgeus. Apartment has cosy bedroom at the top floor. We are very pleased with everything, it was very clean, cosy and equiped with everything we needed. Owners are great, we had warm welcome! We will come back again, for sure!

The most amazing place i have ever been to The owner is very nice polite helpful even helped us booking amazing speed boat tour Everything we needed was there The view is super ,the place is clean,near the center, a super market is 5min walk ,a bakery is 10 min walk,we swam just infront of the apartment it was like a private beach accomodation Wifi was perfect We loved our stay veryyyyy much For me personally i have travelled to a lot of asian, European,african cities and countries but for me untill now kotor is realllllly the best, most amazing city i have ever been It will be my favorite place forever

Great place

I loved this place and I totally recommend it. We had the apartment on the top floor which is very confortable and clean, but my favourite part is the huge balcony from where you can enjoy amazing views over the city. It is located in a quiet neibourhood so if you want to relax it's the perfect place to stay, with all the amenities you need to feel like home. Another great bonus is the private parking, as if you came with the car, parking on the street may be difficult.

Wonderful house with stunning view of the Kotot bay

Very nice, large and spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood of Kotor bay. We were in the apartment on the first floor ( the house has 3 stores ) and it has two separate bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen and wonderful terrace with a stunning sea view. It is a great pleasure to have your breakfast there or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. You can go and swim in the sea just in front of the house - there is small platform for you to put your towel or sunbed. There is a parking and a garage in the courtyard , if you travel by car, which is a great advantage, because parking on the street can be a problem, due to narrow streets and traffic. The hosts, Zoran and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they recommended us a very good restaurant in the area and communication with them was very easy and pleasant. The old town of Kotor is on a 20-minute walk ( or 5 min drive ) along a scenic road by the sea and beautiful stone houses.

Great holiday, in a lovely place, with a fantastic view.

The property is on a first line, the sea is across the street, which is great for getting your swim at whatever hours you want. we have booked a double room apartment, which comfortably fir four people. Beds were comfortable, everything you need for a long stay with the family was there, even coffee and coffeemaker were provided. The apartment was located on a first floor with spacious terrace, which was out to the sea and the view was fantastic- day or night, you can never get tired looking out to the sea… the owner is very helpful and was there for any questions we might have. He help us to book the boat trip, on one of the days, printed out our return tickets, which we are very grateful for. The Kotor old town is a 40 minutes walk, or you can use a bus, 1€ each way, which is going regularly. It was a small local grocery shop, which had everything you might need.

I can’t think of one thing, we didn’t like. Everything was good.

An excellent stay

Really hospitable, kind and caring hosts – during the whole stay we felt like at home, thank you! The apartments are well thought out, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, food preparation, there are even two air conditioners. Really spacious terrace in which you can enjoy the view of the sea, ships and mountains. We could keep our car in the garage so it would not be exposed to the hot sun. There is also an almost direct access to the sea. Those who like to take walks or ride bicycles will easily access the nearby Kotor Old Town via a scenic route by the sea. There is a small market nearby to buy food and other essentials.

Ev kocaman ve temizdi. Kaldığımız dairede 1 çift kişilik yatak ve 2 tek kişilik yatak vardı, ayrıca salonda da büyük bir L koltuk vardı. Balkon manzarası mükemmel. Dışarda dolaşırken sürekli eve dönüp balkonda vakit geçirmek istedik. Evin önünden denize giriliyor ve deniz de çok güzeldi. Old town'a 30dk civarı yürüme mesafesi var, sahilden yürüdüğün için hiç yormuyor. Evin önünden otobüs ve taksi geçiyor. Yine bu evde kalırım, güzel manzaradan ayrılmak zor oldu

View-ul este absolut minunat. Apartamentul are tot ce ai nevoie pt un sejur. Este exact ca in poze. Proprietarul a fost foarte responsive

Fiind in Muo, daca nu ai masina inchiriata este foarte greu sa te descurci cu transportul pana in kotor (nu prea gasesti taxiuri disponibile și autobuzele trec teoretic la o ora, dar practic nu au un program pe care sa te poti baza). Asta e un lucru pe care ni l-am asumat cand am vazut unde e proprietatea si nu e un motiv sa dau mai putin de 10 proprietății. Doar sa stiti in caz ca nu aveti masina inchiriata.
