The location is excellent, with beautiful views over the bay and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the scenery. Being right by the shore is a real bonus, making it easy to go for a swim whenever you like. We also really appreciated the outdoor shower after swimming. Kotor is just a 5–10-minute drive away, although it’s worth noting that the road gets quite narrow in places and traffic queues are not unusual. The private parking spot is a huge asset, especially in an area where parking can be difficult to find. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, although it would benefit from some updating. The communication with the owner, who lives just upstairs, is fluent and easy. Overall, the fantastic location, stunning views, easy access to the sea, and private parking make it a great base for exploring the area.

There was an ant issue in the kitchen, and unfortunately, we couldn’t leave any food out on the counter or store it in the shelves without attracting ants.

Apartament był przestronny, posiada niezbędne wyposażenie chociaż w kuchni patelnia mogłaby być lepsza 😋. W sypialni jest ogromna liczba szafek, można w nich zmieścić naprawdę bardzo bardzo dużo rzeczy. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i pomocny

on est a 40' a pied du debarcadere de bateau ou de la vieille ville. (possibilité de taxi ou si on peut se garer aller en voiture)

Fantastic location overlooking the Kotor Bay. Zoran is an amazing host and provided all information upfront.

The bathroom was very cramped and we had a constant leak from the water heater. The low ceiling in the bedroom was bit uncomfortable to stand and walk around.
