Pleasant stay

The location was perfect — just a quick 2-minutes walk to the central train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The staff were very nice and made the experience even more pleasant.

Absolutely would visit again.

The Bed was wide and comfortable. We found the room concepts and how the artsy feel was incorporated also fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful when I struggled with my poor French and was able to also help in both German and English. Absolutely would visit again.

The area of putting stuff or placing a suitcase to unpack is very limited beyond the bed. Since the rooms are very artsy though, the trade-off is understandable to give more space to the gallery.

HOȚ room, very uncomfortable and unsafe location

It had graffiti all over, and had a fun feel to it but it was in no way family friendly!

The area around it was not in a good part of town, felt very uncomfortable. The room was small but there was absolutely no air flow, no air conditioning. We were offered a fan with water but it made the room so humid that we were unable to breath!! My child was heating up so fast that we had to get him to the far to ensure he didn’t get sick. My husband was getting a migrain because of the heat. A DJ was playing loud music just below our window making it in no way family friendly.

My family stay was relaxing and rather chill.

I loved the overall vibe and feel of the hotel. It was neat to see all of the amazing graffiti all over the walls and inside the rooms.

There happened to be some construction going on outside of our hotel room, however once closed the windows noise was tolerable.

I liked the location of next to the train station . very convenient. I liked the different decor of the hotel was very artistic. I liked that the family room had two room connecting.

when I was checking in the front desk man was having a long conversation with his friend. No problem . 15 minutes went by I had a heavy back pack on which I took off and put next to my husband went back and started looking at the front desk information. as the front desk man was still talking. He then started screaming at me and I mean top of his lungs screaming saying I was a rude and very inconsiderate . he went crazy. I have never ever been spoken to like that , let alone at a hotel and one that I had paid for and was just simply waiting to check in. He gave no explanation of what I did that was rude . He then continued his conversation and then I had to check in when he was ready. it was an absolute nightmare I couldn’t even look at him in the eye because I was petrified of him. I felt like I was treated this way because of my nationality. As when he started screaming he started straight away in English. This upon check in ruined the whole experience of this hotel for me and my family. A few other things the shower is a night sprays water everywhere and I mean everywhere the pillows are rock hard and very big.

It is not that I “ didn’t like it” but it is on the level of a hostel amenities wise.

Very good

Good room for a solo traveller. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed. You did have access to a little kitchenette downstairs too, which helped if you ever needed to eat after the kitchen had closed. Location was great, walking distance to areas I wanted to visit.

excellent location and funky comfortable rooms

A really funky boutique hotel, we stayed in the pirate room and our children loved it. spacious, extremely comfortable beds, and bunk bed for kids. Excellent location and staff were friendly. There is a very small parking lot you have to get access from the hotel reception and it is very close to the hotel.

The location is amazing. You can walk to the center in less then 10 minutes. The parking garage was in de same street and also very nice. The room was as expected and the staff was kind.

I don’t have any minus points except maybe the intense wallpaper in our room. (we’ll never forget the lobster)

We loved the location, friendliness of staff and the interesting artwork in each room. Very fun place close to the old town.

Lack of airflow in rooms. Only 1 room had windows and it made it very hot for people sleeping in other rooms.
