Great location, direct access to the thermal bath spa

The access to the thermal baths is excellent. You can go there just with a robe and slippers. There is a ticket for last 3h between 18-21:00, recommended (if you take from the reception a badgastein card for free, it gives additional discount). The facility itself has a small sauna that seems nobody goes there. The property is very close to the train station, 5 minutes walk. We had an apartment with a kitchen, 3 bathrooms which was great for our big family.

The hotel has many stairs, so be prepared to lift your bags. To get to the sauna you need to cross many building, go upstairs and downstairs, like a maze.

Fantastic location. Perfect for skiers, direct access from slopes. Hotel with most towels I've ever been. Direct connectin to the public SPA. Fontain infront of appartment with mineral water. Defietly will come back again!

EXCELLENT choice for ski holiday

the place is fantastic! We had huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Direct connection to the spa center and to 2 min away from the restaurants. The ski lift was 50 m from our door. Everything was perfectly organized. The beds and pillows were the best I have seen! The place was spotless clean and tidy!

There was misunderstanding with the breakfast - we were told it was included in the price, but in the middle of our stay it turned out it is NOT included. Finally, we had to pay 17 EUR/person per day for a toast and croissant with a cup of coffee. Way too expensive comparing the prices in the area.

Close to the pist and town. Homely apartments, with outdoor seating which we used a lot.

We had a really hard time getting in touch with the receptionist, and got into our apartment quite late. After we got in touch, they we're raelly helpful. It said it had a lot of facilities, though we couldn't find any of the listed ones..

Vynikající poloha u sjezdovky Pohodlné postele Apartmán byl menší, přesto funkčně zařízený

Hotel týden před příjezdem nereagoval na zprávy přes Booking a telefon byl přepojený na záznamník. Nakonec se nám povedlo spojit telefonicky až poslední den před příjezdem. V popisu ubytování bylo uvedeno, že dostaneme návštěvnickou kartu, na kterou platí např. zlevněné vstupné do termálního bazénu. Nedostali jsme ji.
