Watch your head if your over 5” 8” (1.73 n)

Located in a Nice town good walk to the falls. Nice bed and bathroom.

Reason for low score is the doors were too low and the ceiling beam too low. I hit my head on both. Shower needs a door It was a 25 min walk to the falls. But would be tough with suit cases.

Stunning location, ordinary room.

Location and beautiful traditional building on the outside. Good bathroom and coffee machine.

The bed was small, with one, thin pillow each. There was no headboard so the pillow slipped down the back. For such a stunning building and location, it was a shame that the room was not in keeping with the style and traditional feel. Very basic furniture inside.

Beautiful historical building with good and yet modern bathroom.

It's a beautiful building at walking distance from the falls. Very friendly owner (Thanks Julia). And is the perfect mix of a historical building and still have a modern bathroom that gives everything you need. Also this was the first bed this trip that didn't give me back pain issues.

It's a historical building. So the doors are a bit low for modern standards and I have on two occasions bumped my head hard. Be warned if you are tall. Do yourself a favor when booking this and read the email that they send with instructions to park your car and to get the key to your room. Without reading it you will not manage to get your room key.

Unpleasant stay in a substandard and overpriced property

Worst booking I ever made on Booking.com Dark, abominable room on ground floor. Everything in it of cheapest quality and amateurishly done (except bathroom). Bathroom open to the entry passage and doesn’t even have a door. On arrival, you are greeted by abuse shouted from the neighbour‘s rooftop. The marketing and photos of this property are largely misleading.

miserable and horribly misrepresented!!

it was like a basement, doorway to bedroom about 5’9” tall, no headboard on bed, no air conditioning, billed as a Bed and Breakfast but no breakfast. We would have refused to accept but they said their cancellation policy was 4 days, so we tried to cancel the second night and they wouldn’t do that either. Asian woman was very rude. terrible experience and property was misrepresented. Don’t stay in this basement. you hear people walking up and down stairs, talking and banging dishes at 1 am!!!! you walk into unit where there was a stacked washer and dryer (it was running) and 8-10 exposed water pipes. No refrigerator!!!

Appearance of apartment is classic

1. Room Very noisy. You can hear any conversation of your neighbours. Laundry is available in the entrance but not for the guest. At least, tidy up the cleaning equipment (should hide from the guest) around wash machine is preferred. 2. Bedclothes somehow...it is damp. I suppose it is caused by sunshine is not well coming into the room & not be well ventilated. 3. Terrace The furniture is not well maintained. The spider nest cover the chair and sticky stains on the table (not easily removable).

We had one of the family apartments and inside it had an original cast iron oven, plus lots of wooden beams. Nicely restored and the place was cosy.

The bathrooms need replacing (yellow taps?!) and the kitchen needed a good clean.

The apartment was really neat! The exposed beams and antique stove left in place were beautiful. The kitchen was very useful as well as the grill. The location was close to the Falls as well. We would stay here again.

The bathrooms were a little bit dirty but overall it wasn't bad.

Einfach, praktisch, nähe Rheinfall

Unkompliziert, Schlüsselübergabe über Briefkasten mit Code und Infos haben haben gut geklappt.

Lärmige Gäste im Nebenlogis bis spät nach Mitternacht und am Morgen früh. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ringhörig.

Sono stata li per lavoro, il paesello delizioso, anche l'albergo dall'esterno, ma poco curato

la colazione non l'ho fatta perchè non c'era latte ne nulla da mangiare. Inoltre io non ho mai visto l'host

Si entrava nella stanza dalla lavanderia comune, e l'unico modo per chiudere la porta era una specie di ferro a scivolo che tendeva ad incastrarsi. Io dormo con due cuscini ,dal momento che la struttura eera deserta ho dovuto di mia iniziativa andare in un'altra stanza, non occupata, a prendermene uno!
