Very pleasant stay and would recommend for solo travelers.

Had everything I needed, Was good value for money, Very easy to find and the lady running it was very friendly and helpful.

My only slight issues were the time I had to be back there for in the evening which was 10pm and the proximity of the main road.

We had the room with two single beds and shared bathroom, which had a great view of the river frontage. Room was very well equipped and bathrooms were modern and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Mattress and bedding were not of the highest quality but still totally acceptable for a Back-Packers.

Location is very convenient and ideal to visit Schaffhausen. Lots of nice shops and restaurants / bars nearby. Last but not least, view on the Rhine. The hostel hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Clean and accommodating, ideal for solo travel

Decent sized single room and modern bathroom facilities, all very clean. Surprisingly quiet (few other residents since a small hostel)! Friendly and helpful owner. Excellent location a stone's throw from the Rhine and boat landing for services towards Konstanz/Kreuzlingen, and close to restaurants. Would recommend for a solo traveller.

Room view into courtyard wasn't great, but someone has to have the room at the back -- others may be better! Shared bathroom could do with a lock so you can shower in privacy (the toilet within does have one).

Friendly, uncomplicated and great for bicycle touring!

This is the perfect stopover for cycle-tourists on the Swiss National Route 2 /EuroRoute 6 bike path. It is actually on the Rhine close to one of the bridges and very central close to the old town The accommodation is simple yet comfortable. Even the separate bathroom was dedicated for exclusive use by the occupant of my room because of Covid-19 restrictions. There is space to park bikes indoors on the property. Meals are not obtainable at the moment but plenty of alternative possibilities in the shopping area close by. The patronne is very helpful & friendly.

Possibly better location information, I used 'Here We Go' to find the property and had problems. This could however, be due to my navigation App itself! Booking.com should say, for example, 'immediately next to carpark by old town Rhine bridge'.

Very good location, right in the beautiful old Town, by the river, but still quiet. Simple and clean accomodation. Nice and flexible staff, I was able to check-in earlier. I also got my own bathroom even though I payed for shared, because of COVID-19 regulations. 👍

The only bad thing is that smoking is allowed in the restaurant downstairs, where also the "reception" is. Otherwise I would probably have spent some time there.

Eine sehr einfache Herberge mit für Wanderer, Pilgerer und Biker. Zimmer einfach, aber sauber. Im Restaurant ist es sehr rauchig, weil das Rauchen gemäss dem Schaffhauser Gesetz erlaubt ist.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Check-In war am Sonntag auch schon gegen 13:00 Uhr. Unkomplizierter Check-Out. Kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage in Schaffhausen, alles dadurch in der City schnell erreichbar (Haupteinkaufsstraße, Rhein, Munot)

Fenster zu einem kleinen Innenhof vom Gebäudekomplex (ich benötigte zwar keine Aussicht), allerdings waren irgendwo nistende Tauben.

Der Geruch nach abgestandenem Rauch im Zimmer und im Korridor (Grund: Raucherrestaurant im Erdgeschoss). Der Lärm in der Nacht.

Celkem dobré umístění ve městě. Pokoj malý, ale čistý.

Horší kvalita wifi. Parkování na placeném parkovišti, to souhlasí. Bphužel je tam limit stání 2 hodiny, Kdybych tam nebyl o víkendu (neomezeně a zdarma), nevím, co bych si počal. Paní domácí se tváří sice ochotně, ve skutečnosti však nezařídí nic. A mohla by snad méně pít.
