We loved Hotel Park Villa. Our room was large and spacious. Comfortable and clean. Downstairs we enjoyed an evening in the saloon where we enjoyed beautiful local red wine then a shared platter of meat, fruit and fries with a couple of delicious desserts. The breakfast was huge and generous. Max the owner (nearly 80) came and addressed the guests in the evening, helping where he could and again helping out with breakfast in the morning. Tight team who were gracious hosts. Bikes were accommodated within a garage on the property.

Uniqueness. Fantastic breakfast in the beautiful dining room. Antiques everywhere.

The hotel kindly upgraded us to a spacious suite with two separate rooms, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The elegant antique furnishings and historic ambience made us feel as though we were staying in a charming old castle. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options. We especially appreciated the thoughtful consideration shown towards our daughter, with suitable breakfast choices prepared for her, which made our family feel truly valued.

One minor disappointment was the absence of air conditioning, which made it rather difficult to sleep comfortably during the warm weather. In addition, the wooden flooring creaked quite noticeably whenever we walked, which was particularly noticeable during the night.
