Not what we had hoped for.

The mountain and skiing itself are great. The hotel is basic, nothing special but in general it was as advertised. The best part of this place is its location. Our daughter also liked the kids club. Being able to rent ski equipment and lockers on site and park for free at the hotel were nice.

We got food poisoning from something we ate (only my husband and I were affected, not our kids), which effectively ended our trip as we stayed in our room sick the entire last day. Meal times were chaotic and an absolute mess with kids and adults pushing to get to food. NOTE - If you want to take advantage of infant care, dont plan on it. You have to book it through them directly at the time you make your reservation, you cant get it if you book theough booking.com. This was not advertised at all, and they have horrible customer service, we spent hours trying to call to reserve a spot for our son and we were hung up on multiple times because we dont speak Italian. Maids came in our room even after we left the do not disturb sign on the door.

no service at desks, the quality of food is somewhat medium. There is no possibility to refill water in plastic bottles , this is against environment, everybody is obliged to buy plastic bottles

Recommended for families with kids

Location is great, especially for families with kids, right on the slopes and few steps from cable cars. Very big , however surprisingly quiet.The entire place is thought to offer maximum confort to families. I was very impressed about the great management in the restaurant/ food area. Few hundreds of hungry people coming pretty much all in the same time(!) and not a single moment of lacking certain food, disruptions, queue etc everything was managed flawlessly, big congrats! Very varied and good food for both breakfast and dinner.We appreciated the wine and other drinks were included in the food price.

I found the price too high.The hotel is old.Rooms look bit weird, with old furniture, however very clean and with good facilities. I did not understand the reasonnfor what we had a land phone in our room , but not functional at all as its cable was totally cut and destroyed..!? Not functional and ugly. The tv remote was not working and not enough bed linen while not being able to announce reception otherwise than going personally- however they remmediate it quite fast.The resort as well is from 70-80” years, not too much to do .

Beds are far far too hard, I also speak for my family too. I’ve stopped in other TH resorts before and the beds are comfortable. All 3 beds in my room were awful.
