The Great Hall is breathtaking & the Queen's Suite was lovely. We were able to leave the dog in the room while we had excellent food in the restaurant & breakfast.
We couldn't find any dedicated dog waste bins in the grounds.

The food ordered from the menu was very nice. There was a varied choice and the quality was good.
Breakfast was available until 9.30, we arrived just before 9.00. The orange juice was almost empty and not refilled even though people were still coming in. There was no fresh fruit available, not good for a hotel of this standard. I asked about 9.20 if there were any more pastries as the plate had been empty since we arrived and the response from the waitress was that they were all gone. When i pointed out that breakfast was until 9.30 she said yes you have 6 minutes, very rude.
