our room - number 8 in the annex was small but the bathroom was minute, barely room for one person at a time ! We found it really difficult to shower or use the tiny basin. Sorry, would like to have given 10/10 to the whole stay, but the bathroom was completely inadequate.

A Nice Country Pub

Breakfast was good, with reservations on scrambled eggs, which could have been better, but the food quality seems to be very good in general. The ambience of the place is good, with an old fashioned feel.

Had to climb two flights of stairs to bedroom, although help in carrying case was offered No guidance on setting heater, although we did manage to work it out (room was cold on arrival). Unfortunately, the beds were poor; mattress was too soft and bed cover slipped off several times during the night. I did not get a good night's sleep. If this had been a Premier Inn, I should have got my money back!

Full cooked Breakfast lovely, room decorated tastefully & clean & really good that it’s not in the pub it’s self! A pleasant surprise!

No pastries served at breakfast. Pub a little grubby in places. Table broken we were seated at & right in front of the blazing fire! Staff moved us swiftly on request. Church bells chimed every hour!! All night ( not pubs fault!)

Gorgeous little place. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated lovely. We went to a wedding at the Outbarn and checked in at 10pm. Staff were kind and friendly.

Picturesque historic village location

We stayed in the cottage next to the pub. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Very nice and comfortable.

We were unable to access the WiFi in room 8 and as the phone signal wasn’t strong we were unable to contact friends to make plans. This has been reported and hopefully corrected for the next visitors.

Really Nice Stay

Great location in the village of Waddington. Good facilities both inside and outside of The Waddington Arms, lovely area to relax in the garden, charming bar area to come into when the temperature dropped. Everything up together and well maintained. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, well cooked and presented. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable relaxation in a picturesque part of Lancashire.

Breakfast choices and quality were excellent. Hotel location was ideal for a relaxing stay. Spacious car park. Room had a rustic feel and met all our needs. We were also able to nip into Clitheroe to get to shops when the need arose.

What an excellent place to stay we are looking forward to going back.

We paid the extra £25 to get into our room an hour early as we were going to a wedding but unfortunately it wasn’t ready! We had to wait 25 mins which ment it was a rush to get ready and get there on time. Amy at breakfast was fantastic and so was our breakfast itself. Thank you we shall be back and will recommend you.
