L'appartamento è su due livelli, il piano terra composto da soggiorno,cucina,bagno,e camera da letto, al piano superiore altre due camere da letto per un totale di 8 posti letto. Situato in zona terontola alta circondato dal verde e con tanto giardino privato a disposizione, ( i nostri 2 cani di mezza taglia lo hanno apprezzato molto e anche noi)è l'ideale per chi vive nel caos della città e cerca pace e tranquillità. Per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza la signora Dina ci ha accolto benissimo, sempre disponibile e alla mano e nel mio caso mi ha dato delle dritte per fare un'ottima brace nel barbecue 🙂. Consigliato 👍

The three bedroom house was spacious and comfortable and the ability to self cater if you didn’t want to go out to eat. It has a huge terrace verandah where we spent most afternoons with a cheese plater and local wine overlooking the farms and countryside. The house was a great base for day trips to Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona My Favoirte, Assisi, Pienza, and to Florence on the train from Terontola station which is a five min drive from Casa Dina. We arrived to Casa Dina to find homemade Quiche and bottle of Chianti Waiting for us for dinner. The host Dina is an absolute beautiful kind soul She was helpful and generous in every way supplying brochures and information via Google Translate for all our day trips. She even cooked a three course lunch and Birthday Torte which we ate in the beautiful Garden when She found out it was my Birthday during our stay at Casa Dina.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this amazing House if you’re in Tuscany. Ciao ciao Gracie Millie we love you Dina!!

Beautiful location at the regional border between Tuscany and Umbria. Remarkable view on Lake Trasimeno. Dina is a very nice host and offers a delicious breakfast. The apartment is big and comfortable and the parking spot was an added value.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. We had a very relaxing experience. I would come back. I surely recommend it.
Dina let us stay relaxed the morning after, making no pressure for checking out.
