The entire building is a piece of art, very well maintained and lovely decorated. Our room was extremely confortable and an awesome bathroom, we specially loved the arch in the shower!
The sight we had from the breakfast Saloon was breath taking, and it had everything we expect from a 5 stat hotel. Also the way we were treated by the staff was excellent, they all made us feel at home
The only thing we encountered in cortona was that there were very few open restaurantes, but the staff in the hotel called several to see of we colude get a reservation, again the service was superb

Great location, very friendly staff. Family room was large and perfect for traveling with two kids (separate room with a large bed, main area had two twins in it).
Wifi was lacking due to the walls of the medieval building (as anticipated - the hotel warns about it). While clean and comfortable, the decor looked a bit worn out (not outdated, just worn out/used); it's ready for a refresh.
