Wedding anniversary treat

A handsome old building in a great location.

Uk adapters didn’t fit in the old style electric sockets so limited charging options. There was a single USB A charge socket and a single USB C charge socket fitted but this wasn’t enough for us. The shower cubicle was very small despite a roomy bathroom.

The location, the staff was pretty friendly, very clean. Appreciated the staff quick response for any questions. The breakfast staff was great and responded to all our request.

Expected to have three sleeping areas so that was a bit disappointing. We had to adjust, also the flight of stairs to go to the loft and bathroom location was a bit of a struggle for the three of us. We had to keep a light on which was a little hard to sleep with to assure if we had to go up the stairs it was safe. The top stair should be checked. It is a big higher than the other stairs.

Pleasant enough stay but would choose a different room type next time

Location of hotel was perfect. View from our room was stunning. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was not water in the hot tap on the bathroom sink. Shower was not useable as you had to stand in the bath (spa) and hold the hose, which was impossible of you are tall. Spa was not working.

Wonderful stay in center of Cortona, with excellent service from all staff.

The location is around the corner from a main square. Excellent service from staff. We stayed an extra day. Good breakfast and large hotel room with wardrobes. And an elevator for you over packers. Have hotel arrange a taxi to pick u up at the train station before you arrive-- a great recommendation I read in another review. Working air conditioning!

Astounding on every level! I loved my stay so much I stayed an extra night. This gorgeous hotel has wonderful views. Gorgeous caring staff. Incredible breakfast. Superb antique furniture. The hotel was the highlight of my Italian trip and I’m going to cry when I have to leave today!

Centrally located in the old town, a great hotel with a very good breakfast included. The hotel recommended some local restaurants for dinner, which we really appreciated, as the one we went to was exceptional! Wish we stayed longer than just the one night, but will stay much longer next time, as there is a lot to do and see in the area as well!

Wonderful staff and location!

Wonderfully located with old world charm and lovely areas to sit in. Modern door lock system was very secure. I’d advise anyway arriving with a car to book a place in their garage. Well worth €30 as parking outside the walls is usually full. Wonderful restaurant next door Il Preludio.

Very enjoyable.Cortona is a very beautiful town with lots to see and do.The views are unbelievable .

Beautiful building and furnishings.Centrally located just off the main square.Very comfortable room and the staff were very helpful.

The only slight issue I had was that my room was at the front of the hotel adjacent to the side street that it’s on.There is a bar on the corner of the main square which played music until quite late which I could hear in my room.I raised this with the staff and they did there best to ensure that the bar stopped playing music when there were supposed to.
