Hotel was closed when we arrived
No staff , no parking couldn't get within a mile of the hotel as all the roads were closed off and nobody in reception or on the premises , wasn't told there would be a motorcycle race going on in the town and the roads would be gridlocked no parking so had to walk luggage through crowds of race goers a great distance from the hotel only to find nobody there and hotel locked up , all hotel phone numbers were unavailable dragged our luggage a great distance back to the car and booked into an Ibis hotel ,great room and service. were pensioners in poor health this was disgraceful

This is a well run two star hotel offering three star quality.
One immediately feels that the owners care about quality. The hotel is very clean, has modern bathrooms with free toiletries, very comfortable beds and a fast and steady WiFi. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served on very nice tableware. It is a two star hotel because it is situated in an old house and has no elevator, but provides also rooms accessible to wheelchairs. Definitely recommended.

We were misled to believe the hotel had its own car park but in fact there is only public parking in the road (fault of booking.com who have been told this).

Lovely restaurant in the hotel with good freshly prepared food and nice wines. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Room was adequate and for a stop over it was ok. Bathroom was tiny and tired.

Le repas est bon, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le monsieur du matin au petit déjeuner super sympa.
Tenue du serveur le soir pas correct et pas trop aimable. Problème d'insonorisation.
