Disappointing

Sound isolation. The people on reception.

The state of the plates and cutlery in the restourant. There were stains and food leftovers on the "washed plates". The room was very different from the advertised one. It was older and the air inside was very stale. Sleeping couch was useless due to its bad design.

Close to the lofts Close to the center.

The hotel should understand the difference of the word child and infant. We got charged extra because the reservetion said child but ment infant. Very dissapointing. Oh and no parking so we had to park somewhere on the pavement.

Everything was excellent: Spa with sauna, Turkish bath and pool was great, food was very tasty with multiple choices, staff was exceptionaly polite and helpful, room was large and very comfy, shuttle bus takes you to ski slopes in just a few minutes, just a perfect winter holiday.

Really nice hotel with great staff made this an enjoyable stay

We loved our stay here! The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived and were willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms are even more spacious than they looked in the pictures with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. The spa area is a very relaxing place to be which was perfect for me after an injury meant I could no longer ski. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking to go to bansko!

Manager and staff very nice and couldn’t do enough for you - we ate out most evenings as our friends were staying in town. Breakfast and bar very good.

Quite hot in our room so we kept the windows open - but I haven’t been to a hotel in a ski resort that isn’t hot

The accommodation at Royal Park Hotel Bansko exceeded our expectations! The location of the hotel was not far from the Gondola. The room was very clean and had a good organization. Breakfast and dinner had both variety and good quality food. The staff (especially the manager) was very friendly and ready to help with any kind of need. We forgot some of our personal belongings at the hotel and they were very ready to keep our stuff safe until we were able to pick it up. I would 100% recommend this hotel to my friends and family!
