Very pleasing atmosphere everywhere in the house - maritime style. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean. Excellent location.

A very small "minus" is that the single rooms share toilet and shower. Still - it's just one fellow traveller. So I still recommend this place very much.

Nicest people, nicest place in Katwijk

The owners, Maaike&Marcel, are super friendly, helpful, welcoming and lovely :) They were always in a good mood. Marcel even arranged a reservation for us in a local restaurant. Everything about the inside and out seems pretty new or freshly renovated. Good new furniture and Beds. Everything is really clean, which we really appreciated. We had room No 6, a bigger room with a double bed and the perfect ocean view! You don't really need a balcony because you can open the windows so wide, you almost feel like sitting right at the beach. Locationwise it was perfect for us, because we really wanted to be as close to the beach as possible. You simply head over the boulevard and you are already there. You can basically walk across already wearing your bikini :) Specials for breakfast were freshly prepared fried eggs and fresh seasonal fruit salad. We also loved the patio in the front, where we would finish our coffee right after breakfast looking out at the seashore. By the way, they also provide shampoo and shower gel, which is convenient. We can definitely recommend this place and will most likely come back one day. All the best to Maaike&Marcel. You created a great place.

Locatie, prima kamer, goed ontbijt.

Tip: wij hadden kamer met aanrecht een paar simpele bakjes om wat zelf meegebrachte chips of nootjes in te doen was fijn geweest.

Gut schlafen und frühstücken in Katwijk

Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Super zentrale Lage direkt am Boulevard. Leckeres Frühstück. Für niederländische Verhältnisse sehr große Zimmer und Platz im Kleiderschrank. Kleine Küchenzeile (Teeküche) mit Kühlschrank.

Tolle Lage mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir waren schonmal da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen :) Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und freundlich, das Zimmer ist für uns vollkommend ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach top! Wir lieben einfach Katwijk aan Zee :)

Kurzurlaub am Meer

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett...das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.Die Betten waren sehr bequem.Wir waren rundum zufrieden,es hat an nichts gefehlt.Das Frühstück gab es in einem gemütlichen Raum mit Blick auf das Meer.Die Lage ist direkt am Meer ,eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe und ins Centrum ist es nicht weit.

Heerlijk rustig en alles prima verzorgd!

De rust. Aan alles is te merken dat men veel ervaring heeft. Vriendelijke hosts, veel goed geregelde details. Ondanks dat het pension 'vol' zat, totaal geen hinder van andere gasten.

Ik was lang geleden in Katwijk en herinnerde me dat het strand begon naast de boulevard. Nu is daar een duingebiedje aangelegd waardoor uitzicht op de vloedlijn is verminderd. Maar dit alles is ter bescherming tegen overlast uit zee, dus daar wil ik als toerist die er niet hoeft te wonen, verder niet moeilijk over doen. Het is er alsnog heel mooi verblijven daar.
