A Wonderful Surprise

We came for a conference in Leiden, and we discovered Katwijkby chance. We checked in without problem, the room was tidy, and we had a space to make ourselves coffee. The beach is a minute away so we had a chance to enjoy the vicinity of the sea as well. The bus that connects Katwijk and Leiden is real close.

A really cute B&B with all the essentials and as close to Katwijk beach as you can get. Great!

Our host was incredibly kind and really helpful. The location of the B&B is perfect, a handful of minutes to any point on Katwijk beach. Thanks to a parking card (parking space "Boulevard"), we got to keep our car nearby and safe and could come and go whenever we wanted. The breakfast was simple, but featured all the essentials and was perfectly suited to what we wanted.

Some spaces are a bit tight such as the stairs or the bathroom, but nothing out of the ordinary for a Dutch home. All in all, an easy compromise to make.

Short but perfect !

Siem was very friendly and very helpful in giving tips for our wanderings. The house is cosy and well decorated. The breakfast was excellent and served in beautiful dishes. The room has colorful decoration which I really appreciated and a beautiful sight on the sea ! I fully recommend.

Excellent stay in a perfect location.

Location is superb 3 minutes walk from shops and bars and just over the road from the large underground parking. Room was small but great for one person. Shower/WC facility was clean and looked new.

Siem was een hele fijne en attente gastheer. Hij denkt mee en is ook echt betrokken en altijd in voor een gezellig praatje. De kamer was fijn. Er is genoeg ruimte.

Weiß ich gar nicht ob man das so sagen kann, über die Ausstattung,, Lage, Zimmer , Frühstück usw bis hin zum Gastgeber, war alles top. Das ist gelebte Gastfreundschaft.

Traumhaft!

Meiner Tochter und mir hat die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer. Ein echter Traum. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Alles war perfekt. Wir haben uns richtig zu Hause gefühlt. Vermieter war sehr nett! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Fijne dagen gehad, mede door de hartelijke enthousiaste eigenaar😊 Toplocatie, dichtbij t strand en centrum. Heerlijk met liefde klaargemaakt ontbijt. Prima kamer, met fijn, ruim, stevig bed en eigen badkamer. Zelfs met n klein beetje zijzeezicht🌊 .

Prima verblijf in combinatie met strand bezoek en uitjes in en rond Katwijk aan zee.

Prima locatie. Dichtbij het strand en de winkels. De kamer was schoon en voldoende ontbijt. Flexibele en aardige eigenaar. Mijn dochter voelde zich niet helemaal lekker en waren daardoor iets later van de kamer. Er werd niet moeilijk over gedaan. Ik zou deze B&B weer boeken de volgende keer.

Ich empfehle jedem, bei der Auswahl der Kauoptionen vorsichtig zu sein.

Mir gefiel, dass das Zimmer sauber und gepflegt war. Da es im Hotel noch viele andere Zimmer gibt, hat uns der Eigentümer leider ein anderes Zimmer als das gebuchte zur Verfügung gestellt.
